At first i thought great bike, shame about the squeaky wheel! Your Dad must be fit to whistle and pedal! Normally i hear the sound of wheezing coming from my Stoker ;-) Regards from a fellow tandem rider ;-)

Sorry. Now, even to me my question seems insensitive. What a nice thing it is for you and your dad to get out there and ride together. I wish my mother would exercise. She's 84, but I want her to live as long as good living will allow.

regarding the whistling`.... my dad has alzheimer's and I think it is just something he enjoys. there are days on my rides when it drives me nuts, but mostly it amuses me. Also, since I ride sometimes narrow paths with other bicyclists, the whistling comes in handy to warn. don't feel at all bad about the question given my response; it's great I can get out with my my dad triking since he got me enthusiastic about biking.
