The fills are purely for points. The faster you hit the drums the more points you get. Playing something on-beat is useless if you get more points for random flailing.

I think if he played real drums one-fourth as well as he plays this game, he could make a fill for this song that meshes well with the song, because that's what drummers do. I just don't agree with thrashing on the drums for points, it hinders musicianship.

Is the destroyer pedal compatable with the World Tour drums set because the pedal is just god awful and breaks in a couple of weeks everytime but i think the rest of the drum set is fine.

because your crowd meter thingy empties super fast in guitar hero, you cant or screw up slightly for even a short amount of time(on fast songs like this) whereas rockband you could stop playing completely for a few seconds on any song and still recover. when playing, it feels like playing with about a quarter of the rockband bar. much harder.

I know double pedals work in both this game and rock band but i'm not sue how they work in comparison to rock band.
like: in rock band if one pedal is down the other will not work, therefore making it much harder to use... do double pedals function correctly in this game? so you can hit those double sixteenth notes with the pedal?
Double bass doesn't work in rock band because it is an OPEN/CLOSE signal that the pedal sends. Every time the circuit closes, it triggers a hit. This means until that pedal is lifted, the circuit is closed and another hit won't do anything. In GHWT however, the bass pedal uses a piezo (basically a whack sensor) so double bass works with a regular s[litter. (p.s. you can make double bass in rock band you just need a complicated relay to open the circuit quickly)
no you can there is a drum pedal called hard hit kit real drum pedal and it comes with 2 reall bass pedals modded so it works on rockband and is compatible with rockband 1 and 2 they sell them at best buy
although you would have to agree it usually takes a modern perspective to get people to listen. half of anything people come up with now or in the past stems from the classics. besides stop wasting your time with those guys go crazy and try nietzsche
Well, if you follow Nietzsche's reasoning you'd have to come to one of two conclusions about this all other RB/GH vids: 1. We need to stop thinking in terms of "good" and "bad" FCs and develop our own conception of the value of FCs. Or, 2. Only those with the will to power will be able to FC. :P

HEY QUESTION:
I know double pedals work in both this game and rock band but i'm not sue how they work in comparison to rock band.
like: in rock band if one pedal is down the other will not work, therefore making it much harder to use... do double pedals function correctly in this game? so you can hit those double sixteenth notes with the pedal?

AS long as you have two GHWT pedals they will work, you can also make/buy a special electric splitter that will work
but really it's unnecessary just practice pedal technique

Double bass doesn't work in rock band because it is an OPEN/CLOSE signal that the pedal sends. Every time the circuit closes, it triggers a hit. This means until that pedal is lifted, the circuit is closed and another hit won't do anything. In GHWT however, the bass pedal uses a piezo (basically a whack sensor) so double bass works with a regular s[litter. (p.s. you can make double bass in rock band you just need a complicated relay to open the circuit quickly)

no you can there is a drum pedal called hard hit kit real drum pedal and it comes with 2 reall bass pedals modded so it works on rockband and is compatible with rockband 1 and 2 they sell them at best buy

Well, if you follow Nietzsche's reasoning you'd have to come to one of two conclusions about this all other RB/GH vids: 1. We need to stop thinking in terms of "good" and "bad" FCs and develop our own conception of the value of FCs. Or, 2. Only those with the will to power will be able to FC. :P
