Very nice,I like your truck.I need to get some video of mine in action,its a 2006 peterbilt MSL with a mcneilus body.Despite the fact that Ive been hauling trash for eight years I cant get enough of seeing the trucks in action.

Ya a lot of the trucks used by the city of hamilton are made by " Universal" and are actually made right here in the east end of the city.

Without a doubt Universal made the best MSLs, it's just too bad they don't anymore...

Also, it's the company's truck so how is he going to customize it?

If you knew what he was trying to show us you would know why he overfilled the hopper and normally he would use the crusher panel to flatten the trash and then crush it into the truck in one sweep. Check his previous video to see the crusher panel

I don't think they do, I remember Mississauga had these older Universal MSL's with an octagonal body, however they've been retired. However i've been spotting tons of new Mcneilus MSLs around my area. We also have older Labrie Expert 2000s, but I think they're going as the new Mcneilus SLs come in.

This is the best video I have seen here. It is clear, close and thorough. As a boy I faithfully followed the trash truck each week through my neighborhood pedaling along side it on my bike. I'm now 36 and still love to watch and listen. I guess you never out grow some things. Thank you! I hope to see more in the future.
