But the yellowcake could have also been left over from the Osirak nuclear reactor in 1981 which was bombed by Israel. The Bush and Blair Administrations changed their objectives year-on-year. First it was to remove WMD's.

They found none. So they went on to say it was 'installing democracy' . Violent suicide attacks still hit Iraq on a daily basis .Iraq cannot really be called a democracy. More like a theory gone wrong.

If you had been following events you would Know that there was no connection whatsoever between 9/11 and Sadam's Iraq. In fact Al-Queda couldn't stand Saddam and Saddam couldn't stand Al-Queda. This was well know to western intelligence agencies long before our invasion. Our invasion has also acted as a recruiting tool in other parts of the world. There where a lot of paths we could have chosen re Sadam's Iraq, none of them easy and all with prices to weigh up.
