Blair I need some help.

I have very wavy/puffy/frizzy hair. it's fine when I get out the shower but once my hair drys or if i blow dry it, it puffs up and frizzes really bad, I've tried useing blow dryers and serveral products on my hair but none of them seem to work.

What products would you recomend me trying? also I live in Europe so some stuff you might suggest I won't be able to get.

the babyliss curling wand is the best curling hot tool. its really cheap but works super great. my hair is longer than yours and this wand works soo fast, takes me half the time to curl with the normal curling iron. so its worth getting :)

question: I use the exact same Sebastien hairspray but the problem I have is that if I use as much hairspray (since i definitely need it because my hair stubbornly refuses to stay curled) as you do, the smell of the hairspray lingers and is really strong. is there a way to get rid of the smell because it honestly is really strong.

I really like your hair better when it's curly, your face just stands out more than your hair. you should totally get layers in your hair but keep the length long cause you look good with long hair, but the layers will really make you look waay better! My hair will stay curly all day. without products. perfect. i get so many jealous compliments. however if you have straight hair naturally its not so great. oh and i dont think its sold at target anymore. and mine broke :( dont leave it on all day... oops
