This looks like good stuff. I plan to make it for Superbowl Sunday. Now if I can only find the tomato relish. Been to the two major food chains in the area and nada. Might have to make my own.
I was thinking of the SB when I posted this. A good tailgate food. Tomato relish is available in a few areas (some sweet, others spicy). I was looking for 'Chow Chow' spicy green tomato relish but could not get it where I am (still looking though). So I used the spicy reilish. I recommend and spicy tomato 'chutney, relish or even a salsa'. See if you can find the Chow Chow, it is made in the south U.S. so it should be available where you are. Cheers! KtC
Checked out a few more stores today- no luck. I have never seen Chow Chow in stores around here. I found a recipe to make my own. Do what you gotta do. Thanks.
In your neck of the woods you should be able to get 'chow chow'. I couldn't find it here. Works better than the tomato relish I used (still tasty though). thnx, KtC
Your videos are wicked! Gosh, it all looks SO GOOD!
