  • I had lunch at the Fat Duck... No idea how he got 3 stars....

  • @hitchmarker probably because you have no idea of what you ate or no idea about food and cooking, or you're lying an have not had a lunch in TFD

  • that snail porridge is like ewwwwwwwwww

  • His wife doesn't look too bad.

  • Gordon Ramsey = Full of shite.... all he has is a good marketing manager...... his food is not that great.....

  • @MrAdamgshaw that is exactly what i've thinking lol. no idea why people are licking his asshole...

  • The first 34 seconds of this video are definitely the beast

  • Know what makes Heston's face go wince?

Mention 2 words which he hates most: Poncey Food

  • "My name is Heston. Heston Blumethal. And I have a massive bonce!"

  • at 4 mins 55 seconds someone has an orgasm in the kitchen!

  • I am not at all happy about these below pasteurising recipes. I get his idea, but 100C with foil works EXTREMELY well and kills the bacteria. In fact, gordon ramsey mentions it, and is right. Cooking meat below the pasteurising temperature, you need to know the farmer and slaughter house on a personal level. And cut the outsides off.

  • That's not a fair test, since both they and the analyst knew which was which. I wonder if this would turn out the same if they didn't know which was which. Heston cooks scientifically, so he should also appreciate what a double blind test is and why it matters. Would they broadcast it if he thought supermarket battery chicken was the best? Also... yes, I agree with the idea, and dislike battery farming, but the test is still unfair.

  • Heston is self-taught! He is a genius! I'm not a chef and I can't even cook at home, but he still inspires me!

  • Thats Gordon Moorehead! Look him up on the FaceBook!!

  • Anybody else see that thing on the news a couple of years back? he poisoned a whole room full of dinner guests with his revolting experiments.

  • @Jagermeister196 Revolting experiments? He's considered one of the best chefs in the world and people dream of eating at the Fat Duck. Also his cook book The Big Fat Duck is considered one all chefs should own far as people getting sick..you failed to mention that he closed the restaurant so he could locate the problem there was no health code violations no bad food.everything was to date could have been anything that can happen to any restaurant .

  • @KeMiSTv1 Watch his "24h steak" recipe and you might see how the food poisoning came about. Incubating meat at 50C, well below even the pasteurising temperature, is 'asking for it'.

  • @KeMiSTv1 Also watch, crispy roast chicken. If you want something juicy. Cook it at 100 with foil sealing the moisture in. He cooks the chicken at 60, again below the pasteurising temperature. Those dunks in hot water won't work perfectly, since the outside takes time to warm up. He then leaves it to sit out, allowing it to contaminate again. I have seen people making THE SAME MISTAKE with autoclaves in university. Cooking meat below pasteurising temperature, food poisoning is a real possibility

  • Heston has a MASSIVE head!

You could land a plane on that!!!

  • gadget chef in full flow awesome

  • Your search for perfection should begin with a much shorter introduction which only serves to suggest the long and difficult journey ahead of you.

  • @miketechful ha ha i love that part

  • ranga

  • what is the name/breed of that french chicken?

  • Poulet de Bresse

  • I'm living in France at the moment! And it's bloody true that the chicken I have eaten here, taste better than any english chicken I can remember eating!

  • Same thing in Mexico mate, they feed their chicken almost exclusively on corn so the flesh is yellowish and soooo tasty.

    Makes our "chicken" look silly.
