It appears that most of them had their noses done, including Mr. Joseph, who had the nerve to criticize Michael about his nose. Michael was going through that awkward stage in your early teens when you have acne and feel you don't look your best. He would have grown out of it, but being in the limelight and talked to like a dog he went to the extreme with surgery.
