  • if i want to lose the most weigh i can in the next 50 days before school , how many times a day should i do this workout , and how many days a week? I also do alot of weight lifting and i use whey proteins ..

  • Start with three times a week. Once a day. You can do cardio other days.

  • I actually have two of those chairs. Great, now I use them in my workout!

  • Stop your reps before you are fatigues. So if you can do 10, do 8 or 9. Increase by one set every week or two.

  • Hey great vid, love the accent :D I need some help on this one, my upper body is quite strong, yet I can't do push up's for the life of me!! I manage to do about 10 and collapse after that.... Is there a work out I can do that can replace push ups? or even to improve on push ups?

  • The standard way to improve the pushups is to start with less resistance. Place your hands on the wall, then on a chair and progress to the floor.

  • Start by doing push ups by using your knees instead of feet. this will make it easier to push up until you are strong enough .

  • Could be weak shoulders. Look into Pushup Plus variation to help your shoulders out.

  • Thank you for the videos. I finished loosing my 100 pounds last year, but I seemed to have gained about 15 back over the winter. I'll start these exercises and try to get down to my target goal of 170.

    If you have any other recommendations I would like to hear them.

  • The good old fashioned way: watched what I ate and increased my activity. But the key was that I had to realize that I needed to lose the weight...and that didn't happen until I tried to sleep on my back one day and couldn't because my fat was keeping me from breathing correctly.

    It took me a good while (I had to figure out what worked and what didn't work for me), but in the end I went from 300 to 185. I'm back to 200, but that is winter in the midwest for ya...can't get out!

  • congrats on that dude! i always lacked the motivation cuz of my work and studies take pretty much all of my time.. i suffer from the back and i'm gaining too much weight so its starting to affect me.. now i have no excuse... good luck

  • I like how you start up with a warmup, that's cool. Some people bash jogging, but I don't get that, it's less intense than sprinting. For warmups it's good.

  • Superman is awesome, you can do it with light dumbbells too, you really feelt it in your rear delts.

  • I have a question: I heard that if you work at the gym with machines when you ain't tall enough you will be short all your life.i have 14 yrs old and i'm not tall enough but i don't wark whith heavy equipment i do push up and curls and all dis stuff=>i will grow normally???

  • its a great workout for no weights, but the excersices like calf raises, and squats could be done with weeeight, much better workout, and instead of this ab excersise try a circuit they work real well, get like 6 or seven workouts and do em 20-30 times each, this is a good workout, this is just for someone looking to do more

  • this is a great workout if u want to stay healthy. wanna look good? do real home workout with weights . this is not intensive. i guess it s supposed to help older people or people that are not good at sports.

  • 3 times a week is better. Even if you were to train everyday, you should not do the same exact exercises.

  • ooh and 1 more thing if you do train everyday do  it like this: day1 upperbody(arms belly) day2bottem(legs sexy ass:)) day3 upper ect ect. so that on the days your training upper bottem can rest and visa versa.

    is that about right celciusss:P?

  • PART1: its not smart to do it everyday because your muscles need to rest in between wich requires a day it goes a bit like this: when you work out you will burn muscle and when your resting it will remake it better and stronger wich results in bigger muscles.

  • PART2: for cardio i think you can that everyday but your body needs rest to heal the impact on your body. so what celciuss said i think its best, though im not 100% sure seeing this is just a hometraining and not at the gym with machines to effectively train you.
