I don't know nearly as much as you about heels, but I know about teaching. Script out what you're going to say, and maybe zoom the camera out a bit so you can actually take a few steps around rather than just having it focused on your feet the whole time. Great video, but if (like you say) you're going to do it again, the biggest thing would be to back the camera up so we can actually see what you mean with posture and so on. Thanks for doing this!

To convert to AVI, you have to save the movie to your hard drive... then import to a program such as Windows Movie maker, or ShowBiz. Once imported into the program, Drag the movie file to the storyboard and click "Publish". This will then give you options for saving the movie in various formats... including AVI.
