  • One of the greatest Jays ever. I am so happy that he was able to play with Toronto in 1993 and win a World Series. Of all the players of the Toronto Blue Jays, he deserved it. That vicious slide hit by Detroit's Bill Madlock back in 1987 on Tony, stole that season from the Jays. And Detroit has not won the World Series since then.

  • i am in the tony fernandez foundation and i am now in miami playing with other teams. we got to see him today at the hotel.

  • There was a stretch in the late 80s and early 90s where Tony was the best shortstop in the game; better than Ozzie Smith or Barry Larkin.

  • He should go to the hall one of these days. Salon de la Fama con Fernandez!

  • Still, can you try?????? This guy was like me an my mom's favourite player of the 80's :D

  • Tony Fernandez was the best shortstop the Jays ever had, maybe the best player they ever had at that.....he belongs in the Hall of Fame

  • tony fernandez is my uncle

  • That's pretty F*** sweet, can I get his autograph? ;)

  • lol i dont see him like that but he visits sometimes lmao
