See how BBC is trying hard to get Mr. Douglas to say what BBC wants. Repeatedly BBC trying to force Douglas to say what they want. Is this free media? Is Douglas there to say what BBC wants?

Douglas is not giving a good impression on Sri Lanka....in my opionion, he sounds like a radical Sinhala monk.

I fail to understand why the international media persists in interviewing Wickramaratne and wasting valuable airtime in the process. He isn't the spokesperson for the Sri Lankan Government and he should be asked to refrain from making statements to the media from now on. What he is, is the President of some partisan committee in some faraway place. I'm sure he's a decent chap but he clearly isn't the brightest tool in the shed.
