I have anxiety. I often fear of forgetting how to breath or just im going to stop breathing. Ever since i had an allergic reaction and couldnt breath. @tweaker61 please dont worry. breathing is controlled by your subconscious, thats like worrying that your body will stop making blood. You'll be fine. Sounds like your having a panic attack, try some breathing techniques. That always makes me feel a whole lot better. :)
