I admit this phone is bulletproof. My N73 has dropped from 3 metres to a hard surface, its 4 years old, been in daily usage. My sisters boy used it as a toy for some time, throwing it around... Sometimes i use my N73 as a hammer. Sometimes it has got wet, when i dropped it to a pile of snow...not a problem... I have dropped this phone maybe 267 times, just for fun...im so fucking confused why it never breaks.

Great, I just busted my LCD screen. I fucking hate these Chinese parts, I wish they had like the Nokia phones ten years ago you could easily fully dissassemble without any tools.

And they were sturdy I tell you, I have 3210 and 3310 still working, I bet those were made here in Finland and not in China.

how the fuck can i open those screws, cause i dont have that tool. -___- drill them off? glue them on regular screw with some epoxy? My joystic is busted up and spare part costs me 30e, and if id want it installed, it would cost 60e, and im not going to pay that much.

about the volume button i had the same problem with my my n73 i could raise the volume but couldn turn it down and the zoom was the same i just left it in the repairs and they did something they fixed it badly but they didnt change it so now it works but it feels different ( BTW finally got the shell changed and i can see the screen !!!!)

you can use two screw drivers instead of the two blue tools..... one of those litle boxes with about 8 screw drivers will work,,,, and youll need a needle too

this was very helpful so big thx for putting this up. A serious pointer though if you are doing this, make sure you swap over the sensor pins in the back half of the housing for the slide camera function as i forgot to swap those out lol! and also bend the charger and power switch pins out when you refit a new case as i put my whole phone together and it would not turn on and i freaked out for half hour lol!
