Well, most people are used to the normal Greater Daemon model shown by Games Workshop, and thats the model they judge everything else off of. I always did like it when people told me my Greater Daemon of Tzeentch was different and weird looking from the "normal" one. Funny stuff.

well considering Tzeentch is also known as the "Lord of Change" it wouldn't be unreasonable to believe that his greater daemon could undergo drastic cosmetic changes at any given time...it is pretty much what Tzeentch does.
