hey man. i play it a bit different. the intro is played all on strings 5 and 6 because apparently ozzy thought it sounded heavier. im a novice so its hard to explain. sounds kinda the sam as yours but a bit thicker.

i'm sorry to say but after i compare the song, in video 03:10, there's a little difference from the original one, the tabs in 03:10 should be n-1, that means if that tab is 12 , then it's 11.

@KeepingRockAlive just listen to the part were Ozzy sings without playing and you'll here that its not chords getting played just cause its write with chords in the book were he sings doesn't mean its correct before he sings that part sounds heavier then when he sings and it sounds like one note just use your ear and all the best keep up the good work m8

@wipers86 you're totally right, and the initial power chords aren't supposed to be like that. He does 7(E)-9(A) / 5(A)-7(D) / 5(A)-7(D) / 7(A) - 9(D) while it's way easier and more accurate doing 7(E)-9(A) / slide to 10(E)-12(A) / slide to 12(E)-14(A) and so on. Tony Iommi himself plays it like this. I'm sorry pal but this lesson is basically not right!

you can play the main riff on the 5th and 4th strings too but then it is

5th string --2--5--5--7--7--10--9--10--9-­-10--9--5--5--7--7

4th string --4--7--7--9--9--12-11-12-11-1­2-11--7--7--9--9
