I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting really bored with the whole ruined city (or whatever location) after something bad happened, which created monsters thing. I would call them post apocalyptic, but not all of them are exactly. I never thought I'd get tired of the setting. With Stalker and Bioshock and Fallout 3 it was all awesome, but there's been like 10 similar games since then (if not more) and now it's just gotten stale I'm not criticizing this LP, just developers in general.

On another note,I understand people thinking of the game like Bioshock due to the parallels: plane crash/helicopter crash at start, old, worn luggage, late 1950s setting (albeit Russian and not anglo-american.) perhaps when we think dystopia in video games, Bioshock is the most memorable?

So far, I'm really liking this game. It has frightening enemies (The speed thing is kind of annoying), a creepy atmosphere, and a few very unsettling moments. If it keeps up this pace, while just adding some more urgency, bigger guns, and harder enemies, this game would be... really awesome. And a pretty good Survival Horror. Definetly a GREAT Survival Horror FPS. Please, Raven Software, don't screw this up somehow. D:

Here are some tips for the game:

1) Don't bother with centurion, it's still worthless even after upgrades

2) Search dumpsters, off the path, everywhere for E99 tech and upgrade kits.

3) Th sniper rifle is just plain awesome XD

This game looks pretty cool, although the starting difficulty seems strangely high, what with the fast zombies and the number of bullets it takes to kill them.

Also, hopefully we'll be able to spend the E99 Tech soon. Also also, this E99 element kinda reminds me of Australium from TF2, except Australium makes you muscly, gives you badass facial hair, and makes you super smart, whereas E99 just mutates you and distorts time.
