Venus WAS OVER EXCITED already.As if she had known she woul've been the Miss Universe 2010. Over self confidence,maybe ?

But overall,she WAS AWESOME. I am touched to see her daily life back in the village, she was not ashamed to show it to the whole world. Ugly duck turns into a beauty queen. Mabuhay!

Everyone makes mistakes,whether it's major or not,it's still called a MISTAKE. I would've said, " the biggest mistakes I had was I always looked behind,and got stucked.So,if I could turn back time and fix it,I would move on,learn from the past and keep going and not let it STOP me,."

Ms. Philippines could have won the crown if ONLY she listened well and contemplated deeply on the question..It was a simple question but she was too excited or overwhelmed by the crowd and completely forgot that the crown was at stake and maybe she thought it was just THE BUZZ INTERVIEW...to think Boy Abunda asked her that same kind of question before she left for LV..oh, well, maybe next time..

Congratulations to Miss Mexico!!!! But I was the fan of Miss Ukraine and still proud of her!!!!!!!!!! She was the best!!!!! To be in TOP 5 is also very important!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to Ukraine from Georgia!!!!!!!!

And of course if they are hardly could eat 3 times a day , they will prefer to spend their money for food than to process papers.I know that fixing papers is not easy especially if you are far from the city and you don't have enough money for transportation, hotel and for processing.That's what her major problem and been resolved by the helped of friends, and concern citizens of Philippines.I was soo much expecting from Ms.Ukraine and Ms. Philippines to any of the two to be crowned.

@2010riches - Hey guys, I am trying to help. I know Venus' greif and hard upbringing; good she got where she finished. But, I have to tell you, that a mistake and a problem have two (2) totally different meanings. A mistake is something that happens when you are careless, forget something, misunderstanding, misinterpret something. Not those problems you graciously stated. A problem is a situation to be solved like you said, but that is not what he meant.

Yeah it looks like Ms.Philippines over excited, so overwhelmed, and forgotten to answer it completely, she has to open up her personal problem about the poverty, and from that she wasn't able to fix her birth certificate earlier.I've read her life story that her mom is a single parent hardly raised them, I saw on videos their house made of wood too small even without electric, they using kerosene to light up their house.

i think miss philippines was so overwhelmed, she appeared not to have heard the question well
