That evo wasn't bouncing off redline, it's a 2 step launch which is roughly 5500 rpms. I haven't tried it on mine for the sake of a somewhat weak stock clutch. It wasn't the best launch by any means, but the evo held it's own and isn't built for the dragstrip (stock anyways).
The Evo didn't launch slow.. He was bouncing off the redline!! Doesn't a C06 have like 200 HP's more than the Evo? Common.. I think the Evo held its own.
