no the paras p coy takes place in north yorkshire and is more intense than standard infantry. and the marines carry 31 pounds all up the paras carry 35 pounds just in ther bergan! plus the paras have harder terrain

The commando tests are hard on their own. The thing is you have to do them after 30 weeks of hellish commando training. It demands a person with a certain strength of character to crack it. That strength of mind is what makes bootnecks different from perce.

Worst candidates for work at present are the kids who turn up having stayed in school and gone to uni (not good universities), they want massive salaries for doing nothing and think they know it all, trouble is simple tests and a few days at work show them up as useless, oh and how do I know? Because I own a successful recruitment company that has to boot these idiots out every day of the working week, useless education policies are wrecking our young people/workforce, Independent Schools Aside.
If you make it to Sandhurst you will have an education to be proud of, I hope you make it as you would have a superb career and when you come out of the army employers will be keen to hire you, unlike the Uni (rebranded polys) wasters who if you look at the real stats earn less than people who left school after doing A Levels and went to work, got experience and worked their way up the ladder! its regular army pay with a bonus. ect at private u get £18,624 plus £6.11 a day which works out as about £2700 i think. which is a grand more than engineers and mechanics. which would be on £20,365 at private

no the paras p coy takes place in north yorkshire and is more intense than standard infantry. and the marines carry 31 pounds all up the paras carry 35 pounds just in ther bergan! plus the paras have harder terrain

HA HA HA HA HA are you on smack? not a chance. yes the do 30 miles and the paras do 20......but the marines have less waight, more time (nearly double) and easyer terrain. para reg depo is 28 weeks of pure soldiering were as the marines 30 weeks some sailor mostly soldiering.....their probably better in acrtic and mountain warefare.....and thats bout it. look at history the paras have allways been used before the marines

history m8,yeah look at it paras were formed in 41/42, and did a cracking job as usual,the marines have been in vicious small wars since the 16 hundreds,and the connection is airborne and amphibious at more or less the same time...eg Suez. get the facts right m8.

Worst candidates for work at present are the kids who turn up having stayed in school and gone to uni (not good universities), they want massive salaries for doing nothing and think they know it all, trouble is simple tests and a few days at work show them up as useless, oh and how do I know? Because I own a successful recruitment company that has to boot these idiots out every day of the working week, useless education policies are wrecking our young people/workforce, Independent Schools Aside.

If you make it to Sandhurst you will have an education to be proud of, I hope you make it as you would have a superb career and when you come out of the army employers will be keen to hire you, unlike the Uni (rebranded polys) wasters who if you look at the real stats earn less than people who left school after doing A Levels and went to work, got experience and worked their way up the ladder! Exactly, we use small mobile units to advance to contact in many cases, backed by air power, if we did not have this facility then we would not send out small units and do it the hard way with boots on the ground, you got it right about Europe spinless leftie cowards most of them, the Germans seem to make a profession of hiding from action Merkel is terrified of body bags wrecking her career! its regular army pay with a bonus. ect at private u get £18,624 plus £6.11 a day which works out as about £2700 i think. which is a grand more than engineers and mechanics. which would be on £20,365 at private
