Prophet Muhammed SAW said to recite the first 10 aya of Surah Kahf on every friday for protection from the fitnah of Dajjal. This will keep you protected until next Friday Inshallah.

This is the only surah which indicates about dajjal.

I think Both hadith are right. Better to I think memorize the first 10 and last 12 aya.
