  • this is completely wrong! this is an awful cross between up-dog and cobra and it is not healthy. if you're looking for real yoga advice, at least look for someone who isnt wearing sneakers. she clearly has no yoga training and i wouldnt be surprised to find out that she's never even been in a yoga class.

  • I think your hips are supposed to be touching the floor and not in the air. Is it?

  • Most beginners are not able to touch the floor with their hips while doing this stretch, but they should always keep their butt tight and keep knees and ankles together so that way they are protecting the lumbar zone and avoiding any injuries. Whatever your flexibility is, shoulders should never shrug and your neck should follow the arched line from your back.  This exercise is best done without shoes on.

  • you can download the newest realplayer, then you will have a toolbar over the video to download, or you can install "Youtube-downloader" I don't know where you can download the Youtubedownloader but for the realplayer-download just go to the realplayer homepage.
