In youth football some teams do not even shift to the unbalanced side. In this case the defense do not shift to the strong side of the offensive formation leaving the offense out numbering the defense out numbered. The cornerback # 3 needs to squeeze down containing the outside....bad defense....I love the unbalanced formations they work well...

I run this formation sometimes and it usually goes the distance or at least nice yardage...
