@jcole60brit lol - we're at the Wake County Firearms Education and Training Center, you can bring anything short of a grenade launcher or RPG into that place. It's awesome.
Appreciate it....lol everyone loves the five-seven :-o wonder why. It's a expensive gun around $1000 + 500 for the laser/light /extra mags ... still it feels like a plastic toy compared to some of the other guns I have. It's a must have if you're a serious collector tho, quite a unique weapon and caliber. I enjoy the H&K USP [ not shown in this video ], and my colt 1911 [ also not shown in this vide :-> ] as paper weights much more lol.
Yeah, it's a little pricey... Have you shot the Glock 20? With the 10mm round? It's a bit more wallet-friendly, and being a Glock it's pretty customizable, which you're fond of, it would appear. I think my favorite of all your guns here would have to be the M1, though. Can't beat the classic, lol.
I've not shot the glock 20...I have the glock 17 (9mm) and the glock 30 (.45 cal), but no glock in 10mm, though my USP is chambered in (.40S&W / 10mm) lol, yea that M1 SOCOM 2 is a beast especially with all those metal rails on the barrel guard and the short 16" barrel ... I want to go to the range now, I've been itching for a week or so lol
Hmmm, the 10mm cartridge is a bit longer than the .40 S&W if I'm not mistaken... And it has about 30% more stopping power with a standard jacketed hollow-point. Hahah, I bet that M1 makes quite an intimidating noise when it fires. I'd love to have one, but like most (if not all) of your guns, it's a little out of my price range. Well if you do go to the range, be sure to upload a video ;)
AH ... well I thought 10mm / .40SW / "FBI load" were all the same :-o Not sure though, you're prolly right. :->
I do need to record another video for those who cant enjoy these awesome guns in person :-D
Though ammo prices are even too expensive for me right now. I spent a few hundred dollars recording the above video - I would probably cost me like 1000$ for all the bullets we shot if I did that these days heheh. I wish ammo prices would go down :-/
Hmmm... according to Wikipedia, the .40 S&W FBI load was the FBI's answer to the 10mm, because the 10mm recoil was too powerful for some of their smaller operatives. Apparently they wanted something more manageable.
Yes, yes you do ;)
Mmm... man. That's quite a bit for just ammo. I can see why though, those guns of yours just beg to be rapid-fired. Whatever your political standpoint, I think we can all agree that with the current administration, ammo prices might not be going anywhere but up
Bahahah, I'm just telling you my version of what Wikipedia said. Nah, you handled that .308 like a pro. Honestly I've no idea what I prefer most. I've only shot a .38, .357 mag, and .22 as far as pistols go. Everyone I know either has an apparent prejudice against autos or lives far away. I don't own a pistol yet... I'm shopping, lol. I tell you what I'd like.... a Coonan .357 Magnum auto. .357 is my favorite of the rounds I've shot, but they're all revolvers. The gun I'm currently liking most
is the Glock 20, because it's an affordable full-size automatic that's got a good reputation and is comparable to the .357 as far as stopping power goes. That's probably what I'll end up getting, I think. What's your recomendation?
I cant speak about the revolvers I actually don't own any - a 'dirty harry' .44 magnum is on my wish-list, with a 556 sig, a $9000 .50cal barrett, and a few other pieces ;-)
As for the glock 20 I say go for it, my buddy has one & it feels nice ... if you can live without a manual safety. Personally I would never carry anything without one - I'm one of those people :-) Though the glocks shoot so naturally for me it ^almost^ outweighs the lack of a manual safety - ^almost^
Hahahah. Those things are pretty vicious. I'd definitely test-fire one before buying any of those. I've never shot one, but what I've heard gives me chills. Of course they could all be exaggerating. Well technically I don't own any guns other than a little Ruger 10/22, but I've fired every gun I could get my hands on and have done extensive research about them... So I consider myself pretty knowledegable about them. Of course, nothing beats hands-on experience. But I can compensate, to a point.
Wait a minute.... no manual safety??? *cringe* I wondered what they meant when they said "finger off, safety on, finger on, safety off". I'd definitely be pretty wary carrying something like that around. There's an S&W in 10mm with a manual safety and de-cocker. I like it, but that's mostly for the round, not for the looks and ergonomics as well as the round, like the Glock. There's one other problem... they're apparently discontinued.
What I did was have a gunsmith put a de-cocker from a full-size H&K USP on my H&K USP-Compact in .40 S&W, he had the parts in stock by luck...now that gun is perfect XD
@viperboost931 I've shot an EEA witness in 10mm. It's a big gripped heavier handgun but it shoots like a dream. I've shot some 9mm with more barrel flip. If you are in the market for a cheaper 10mm I would recommend it.
I am looking into the AR-15. i am familliar with the weapon inside and out but how do you like the sight you have. i am assuming it is a holographic sight. i have been looking at the EOTECH holo sights......
Hey, mine isn't from a single manufacturer I put it together myself, DPMS was the base rifle and all the parts are from different places [ magpul, eotech, hogue, etc ]... and I had some custom gunsmithing on it to make the rifle more solid [ change out the pins that hold it together with a non rotating system so it's a lot more stable/reliable ]
thanks. I prolly put about 1500 into that weapon, including the laser/light and a bunch of extra mags. The pistol itself was probably about ~900-1000 USD $
This video only shows us shooting my -Glock 17, FN FiveSeven, Steyr AUG, Springfield M1 SOCOM II, Glock 30, AR-15, Walther PPK, and my bros Tommy gun. The next video will show us shooting my - MP5, H&K USP, Sig P226, Tec-9, Colt 45, Benelli shotgun, Remington sniper, and Smith&Wesson 9mm ... Stay tuned!!
Whats the word on Full Automatic weapons in the US? I'm in Australia - Semi-Auto's are illegal here for civillians to own/use, however we can be licenced for Single Shot (Something im planning on doing in the near future). Is your Steyr and Tommy gun modified to a Semi-Automatic action? I love the Steyr :-) The Australian Military are issued the F-88 Austeyr (The Aussie mod for the Steyr AUG).
You can get full auto Steyrs here if you live in a state/county that allows class 3 firearms. Mine are all semi, the sherriff wont sign off on it [ probably because its not like, country land, its dense populated part of the state ]. You have to pay $10,000s for a fully transferable class III most times, its absurd....i prefer the semi autos identical for 1/20th the price...
its a nice gun, i have probably 20...so i have a lot of other ones also, so yea its nice. the 5.7 is very accurate, due to the high velocity of the bullets, and their similarty to rifle rounds. They look like mini-ak47 rounds.
IMO - Glock 17 9mm, Glock 30 .45 cal, HK USP Compact in .40 cal, or a sig 226 9mm, those are the handguns i have that i'd take over the five seven...im sure another sig would be easier since the 226 is kinda big for a ccw
I wouldn't get a five seven unless you have a few other pieces, it's not an ideal CCW and it has no kick so it's kinda weak, but it's a good addition to any serious assault weapons collection.
well having low kick is a good thing its faster target acquistion, but .40 cal ammo is way cheaper then the 5.7x28 so im thinking about settling for a berreta, taurus or even a sig or glock
5.7 really isnt that bad, again IMO, i have boxes of it piled over here...its a few bucks more than hollow points in other calibers....liek i said above, i'd go sig 226, or glock 17. though i must say the damn glock 30 i have is probably the most accurate out of the box i've ever seen. the USP .40 is so well put together, and it's not a 9mm so it's a good balance, I'm just natural with the glocks so i must recommend them, they are very easy shooters in every caliber
cause what ever i buy id like it to be a .40 sw, i like that caliber and yes its not a 9mm lol and its cheap to buy in bulk at cabelas how does the accuracy compare to the 5.7
ah, well the only .40 i have is my H&K USP Compact, its not in this video :-/ its my favorite piece, but i'm just not as accurate w/it as i am with the glock 30 or glock 17 [ i know right, the two calibers you dont care about xD ] ...hmmm USP might be a little expensive, sorry, i only have 1 chambered in .40 SW...can u try them before u buy? there was a range around there u could go out to 50 yards and rent the guns before you buy.
well between 45 or a 9mm id choose the 45 so between a .45 and a 5.7 how does the accuracy comapre??? but there is a range i can go to so that is always an option
Well, I have two .45, a Colt .45 commander and a Glock .30, compared to the FN 5.7, I'd take the Glock 30 over the 5.7 and the 5.7 over the colt .45 just because the colt only has 7 [ 8 extended ] round magazines. one will do the job, in any caliber. the glock 30 is just a whole lot of gun in a tiny package. it's really hard to compare the guns man, i'd take the glock 30 and the FN fiveseven for a test drive and see what does it for ya. look @ 4:44 glock+JHP = win, no flash = FMJ
yeah im kindof sterring away from the 5.7 the pistol is expensive and so is the ammo im actually liking the 9mm its not all that bad cause the cheapest ammo cabelas sells is 230gr for the 45 which has 352 fts versus the 115gr 9mm at 356fts at 1200 fps... so idk im leaning towards the 9mm now
Well them check the Glock 17, and/or the Sig 226 :-) The navy SEAL team can't be wrong ;-) I also have a S&W 9mm Sigma, its got a nasty heavy trigger pull, not recommended.
ill have to check out the sig 226 but even so i might even consider a 357 cause id like a side arm for when im in the mountain down in montana for bears
mag research .50 cal, that'll do it. I hear the recoil is like an airsoft gun. xD i have no idea about bears etc. i can tell you the 5.7 would just piss it off 20 shots in a row LOL
actually civilians aren't allowed the armor piercing 5.7 ammo. We have very lame . ~40 gr bullets, good luck w a bear w those ;-) civilians get the bitch range ammo you see in the video.
yeah... nm. but im looking for a sidearm that is still capable to take down a bear... within a few shots lol and im not spending the money for a socom II, but i do have a marlin .308 marlin express that might do the trick
civilians are not allowed to posess the armor piercing ammo you probably describe. Bears will laugh at you ahah. damnit google, please, still....use a .308 socom II you can't go wrong lol.
I was shooting as fast as I can while hitting the targets....let's just say they were all headshots :-) I guess that's all that matters. If you want to see some videos of me shooting from a bench rest 1 round every few minutes I can upload those epic videos also.
I can pull the trigger a LOT faster than that btw... :-) The range officer was right behind me so they all had to be on point or he'd make me stop. I shoot at the police training center here.
How do you like your five seven? I'm researching to purchase of my first gun, and am really considering the five seven. What are your thoughts on the gun? I am really interested in it because of the 'lightness' of the gun and the lower recoil than a 9mm. I've also read a little saying that is accurate at longer distances than many other pistols.
Hey there. Hmmmm, a five-seven as a first gun? I think you can only appreciate how unique the five-seven is after owning some others. I'd start out with a Glock 17, and maybe something chambered in .40 cal, and some extra mags...all for the price of the five-seven. Yes the gun is extremly accurate, but if it's your only firearm I can see you getting 'tired' of the lack of recoil after a while. You're going to want something with a little kick to it :-) Some gun ranges let you rent weapons.
I can definitely see your point. It would really only be used as a home defense hand gun and I am considering it because it has a little more fire power, without the recoil of some other hand guns. It would probably be the only gun I would buy for quite some time. I would probably only target practice, so that I know how to shoot well with it, not for sport. I just wanted to talk to some people who have fired with it. I will see if any of the ranges i go to have a five seven to rent. Thanks
I wouldn't recommend it for home defense, as badass as it seems the neutered 5.7 rounds available to the public won't even go through lvl II body armor. We don't get the AP rounds the govt can. The thing is the 5.7 has a muzzle velocity of 2300+ feet per second. You really have to worry about collatoral damage it's basically a small rifle round, it'll slice through drywall in your house then end up in your neighbors bedroom. Glock 17 9mm, or Colt 45 with +P JHP rounds. Good luck with it all!
i was thinking of using it as a personal weapon i already own a 38 special and because im going to be in forensics i was thinking of buying this gun because of its power and accuracy. i dont mind the price or ammo its how just well the gun is. also whats the guns stopping power compared to a 9mm, .40, .45, 357 etc?
'Stopping power' is a very subjective term. I've not shot anybody with it so I can't say ;-) I'd imagine one bullet from a .380 would 'stop' somebody as well as a 5.7, if we had the armor piercing rounds it would probably be the best [thats what it was designed for].Since we have sport rounds that are only 40gr and will not pierce lvl2 armor, I'd imagine it's like a bee-sting compared to a 230gr JHP .45 rnd. The civilian 5.7 rnds might fragment or go right through, your guess is as good as mine
hmm wow just wondering because i want my future profession to be forensics thus i think i need a fire arm so i think that the 57 would be the best choice considering all the pros
Get the SS195 instead of the retarded "sporting" SS197. The SS195 defeats class II, and is civilian legal. It's an aluminum cored hallow point that has yaw characteristics on soft targets. It's a much longer bullet than the SS197 and it does not expand regardless that it's hallow point. And the SS197 doesn't hit 2300fps, that's out of a 16 inch barrel. In the Five seven it hits 1800-1900fps.
I have both types of rounds and they're both pathetic compared to a +P JHP .45....imo the 5.7 is nothing but a range toy unless they let us have the AP rounds the weapon was designed for :-/ fuckin' liberals...it's only going to get worse with obama.
So after a lot of careful research I went with an FNP40. Thanks for the well thought out advice. I will probably one day buy the five seven, but for now I really like the 40 I got. I didn't want to go with the 9mm because it seemed just a little small, which I know everyone has their own thoughts, but the 45 was a little big. So I went with the 40. The FNP40 actually has a little less kick than I expected, so I'm happy about that. All in all, a much cheaper setup than the 5.7 for sure.
Cool deal man, looks like a sexy gun, I've never shot a FNP40 personally, glad you enjoy it. I have a H&K USP Compact in .40 it's niiiice :-D IMO .40 is a nice middle of the road bullet. Hope you enjoy!
Well...here in america we have this thing called freedom :-D
Guns are a part of our culture. And no I'm not alone on this, the guys who made Ghost Recon, e'r heard of it? Signed a poster and hung it up at one of the gun ranges I shoot at lol.
It's just a personal hobby of mine....like game programming.
Or...like weight lifting, running, etc...that would probably be a better example. Have you ever shot a .308 SOCOM II rifle with a red dot sight at a 5" target 25m away as fast as you can pull the trigger? It's good fun.
No, the most potentially lethal object I ever touched is propably a kitchen knife (or a car?). But I sure believe that shooting is fun, but it is just odd, the only people here with guns are cops and criminals. And I'm glad with that :)
You're glad that a criminal can come into your house and do whatever he wants knowing it's 10-15 minutes before a cop will be on the scene to write up a report? Things work differently over here. Enjoy your kitchen knife lol.
you LIKE only the police and criminals having firearms? that's one of the dumbest things i've ever heard. Police are reactive, not proactive... you need to have the right and ability to defend yourself.... otherwise you are a sheep among wolves.
Also, I'm going to post a new video soon showing my Benelli shotgun, Remington "sniper" rifle, MP5k[sp89], HK USP, Colt 1911, TEC-9...this one just showed the Glock 17, Glock 30, AR-15, Tommy gun, Five Seven, Walther PPK, AUG [stg-556], and SOCOM II. I'm gonna try and take them all out at once...though I don't know how well that will work rofl.
Well this is a brand new firearms training facility with many 50-100yard benches divided into 4 areas...and even an area to practice live fire police scenarios with cars and shit. I was going to get a membership at a gun club to shoot at an outdoor 300 yard range, but this facility is much nicer/cleaner. I suppose it all depends what you want. I sorta like the controlled climate as well, instead of sweating like a monkey 24/7. That's what the gym is for. To each their own I suppose.
Heh, well "good" depends on many things. For self-defense? No. We're not allowed the armor piercing ammo, just 40gr sporting, and 30something gr hollow points. As far as a range-toy, ah man this thing is so much fun to shoot, watch @ 2:00 there is NO recoil, the gun stays still while rapid firing. Overall I give it a 9/10. It's very well made and is a staple to any serious gun collection IMO. It's mostly plastic and it's very light, 20 round mags, etc. So to answer your question, yes lol
you should get a custom drum mag for the glock for full auto destruction oh and btw i cant wait for you game to comme out :D you should add a .50 cal sumthin like a barret (if it isnt already in the game)anyway i hope there will be rifles :)
Awesome, awesome, video! If you own all of those fine pieces of tactical hardware, then in my opinion, you are worthy of worship! What an absolutely fantastic arsenal! Great work!

dgreen002 2 years ago
so would you recomend it for a side arm? im looking for a pistol i either want a .40 sw which ive found a few i like or the 5.7
eryman17 2 years ago
IMO - Glock 17 9mm, Glock 30 .45 cal, HK USP Compact in .40 cal, or a sig 226 9mm, those are the handguns i have that i'd take over the five seven...im sure another sig would be easier since the 226 is kinda big for a ccw
dgreen002 2 years ago
I wouldn't get a five seven unless you have a few other pieces, it's not an ideal CCW and it has no kick so it's kinda weak, but it's a good addition to any serious assault weapons collection.
dgreen002 2 years ago
well having low kick is a good thing its faster target acquistion, but .40 cal ammo is way cheaper then the 5.7x28 so im thinking about settling for a berreta, taurus or even a sig or glock
eryman17 2 years ago
5.7 really isnt that bad, again IMO, i have boxes of it piled over here...its a few bucks more than hollow points in other calibers....liek i said above, i'd go sig 226, or glock 17. though i must say the damn glock 30 i have is probably the most accurate out of the box i've ever seen. the USP .40 is so well put together, and it's not a 9mm so it's a good balance, I'm just natural with the glocks so i must recommend them, they are very easy shooters in every caliber
dgreen002 2 years ago
cause what ever i buy id like it to be a .40 sw, i like that caliber and yes its not a 9mm lol and its cheap to buy in bulk at cabelas how does the accuracy compare to the 5.7
eryman17 2 years ago
ah, well the only .40 i have is my H&K USP Compact, its not in this video :-/ its my favorite piece, but i'm just not as accurate w/it as i am with the glock 30 or glock 17 [ i know right, the two calibers you dont care about xD ] ...hmmm USP might be a little expensive, sorry, i only have 1 chambered in .40 SW...can u try them before u buy? there was a range around there u could go out to 50 yards and rent the guns before you buy.
dgreen002 2 years ago
well between 45 or a 9mm id choose the 45 so between a .45 and a 5.7 how does the accuracy comapre??? but there is a range i can go to so that is always an option
eryman17 2 years ago
Well, I have two .45, a Colt .45 commander and a Glock .30, compared to the FN 5.7, I'd take the Glock 30 over the 5.7 and the 5.7 over the colt .45 just because the colt only has 7 [ 8 extended ] round magazines. one will do the job, in any caliber. the glock 30 is just a whole lot of gun in a tiny package. it's really hard to compare the guns man, i'd take the glock 30 and the FN fiveseven for a test drive and see what does it for ya. look @ 4:44 glock+JHP = win, no flash = FMJ
dgreen002 2 years ago
yeah im kindof sterring away from the 5.7 the pistol is expensive and so is the ammo im actually liking the 9mm its not all that bad cause the cheapest ammo cabelas sells is 230gr for the 45 which has 352 fts versus the 115gr 9mm at 356fts at 1200 fps... so idk im leaning towards the 9mm now
eryman17 2 years ago
Well them check the Glock 17, and/or the Sig 226 :-) The navy SEAL team can't be wrong ;-) I also have a S&W 9mm Sigma, its got a nasty heavy trigger pull, not recommended.
dgreen002 2 years ago
well i want a well rounded accurate pistol to carry on me, im sending in to get my cwp soon
eryman17 2 years ago
The sig 226 or glock 17 will getcha there :-) you have 17 - 20 rounds [ 33 w the extended glock mags ] to hit your target lol. that's why 9mm is nice
dgreen002 2 years ago
ill have to check out the sig 226 but even so i might even consider a 357 cause id like a side arm for when im in the mountain down in montana for bears
eryman17 2 years ago
mag research .50 cal, that'll do it. I hear the recoil is like an airsoft gun. xD i have no idea about bears etc. i can tell you the 5.7 would just piss it off 20 shots in a row LOL
dgreen002 2 years ago
actually the penetrating power of the 5.7 is very good it will go through kevlar helmets. but alot of the guys i know carry 357's incase of bears
eryman17 2 years ago
actually civilians aren't allowed the armor piercing 5.7 ammo. We have very lame . ~40 gr bullets, good luck w a bear w those ;-) civilians get the bitch range ammo you see in the video.
dgreen002 2 years ago
yeah... nm. but im looking for a sidearm that is still capable to take down a bear... within a few shots lol and im not spending the money for a socom II, but i do have a marlin .308 marlin express that might do the trick
eryman17 2 years ago
have you looked at glock 20 10mm?
OperJeff 2 years ago
no... the ammo is to expensive for 10mm
eryman17 2 years ago
civilians are not allowed to posess the armor piercing ammo you probably describe. Bears will laugh at you ahah. damnit google, please, still....use a .308 socom II you can't go wrong lol.

Dresden1065 3 years ago 3
the guns looks great and i see allot fast shooting...BUT i dont see the most important thing..Your target groups? Any monkey can pull trigger Fast =)
zoli818 3 years ago
I was shooting as fast as I can while hitting the targets....let's just say they were all headshots :-) I guess that's all that matters. If you want to see some videos of me shooting from a bench rest 1 round every few minutes I can upload those epic videos also.
dgreen002 3 years ago
I can pull the trigger a LOT faster than that btw... :-) The range officer was right behind me so they all had to be on point or he'd make me stop. I shoot at the police training center here.
dgreen002 3 years ago
DAnny you should go full auto on the Aug

They only sell them to the military, I can't get full auto weapons in the city anyways...the CLO won't sign off on them for any reason.

How do you like your five seven? I'm researching to purchase of my first gun, and am really considering the five seven. What are your thoughts on the gun? I am really interested in it because of the 'lightness' of the gun and the lower recoil than a 9mm. I've also read a little saying that is accurate at longer distances than many other pistols.
kylexwhy 3 years ago
You're going to want something with a little kick to it :-) Some gun ranges let you rent weapons.
dgreen002 3 years ago
I can definitely see your point. It would really only be used as a home defense hand gun and I am considering it because it has a little more fire power, without the recoil of some other hand guns. It would probably be the only gun I would buy for quite some time. I would probably only target practice, so that I know how to shoot well with it, not for sport. I just wanted to talk to some people who have fired with it. I will see if any of the ranges i go to have a five seven to rent. Thanks
kylexwhy 3 years ago
I wouldn't recommend it for home defense, as badass as it seems the neutered 5.7 rounds available to the public won't even go through lvl II body armor. We don't get the AP rounds the govt can. The thing is the 5.7 has a muzzle velocity of 2300+ feet per second. You really have to worry about collatoral damage it's basically a small rifle round, it'll slice through drywall in your house then end up in your neighbors bedroom. Glock 17 9mm, or Colt 45 with +P JHP rounds. Good luck with it all!
dgreen002 3 years ago
i was thinking of using it as a personal weapon i already own a 38 special and because im going to be in forensics i was thinking of buying this gun because of its power and accuracy. i dont mind the price or ammo its how just well the gun is. also whats the guns stopping power compared to a 9mm, .40, .45, 357 etc?
theme57 3 years ago
'Stopping power' is a very subjective term. I've not shot anybody with it so I can't say ;-) I'd imagine one bullet from a .380 would 'stop' somebody as well as a 5.7, if we had the armor piercing rounds it would probably be the best [thats what it was designed for].Since we have sport rounds that are only 40gr and will not pierce lvl2 armor, I'd imagine it's like a bee-sting compared to a 230gr JHP .45 rnd. The civilian 5.7 rnds might fragment or go right through, your guess is as good as mine
dgreen002 3 years ago
hmm wow just wondering because i want my future profession to be forensics thus i think i need a fire arm so i think that the 57 would be the best choice considering all the pros
theme57 3 years ago
Get the SS195 instead of the retarded "sporting" SS197. The SS195 defeats class II, and is civilian legal. It's an aluminum cored hallow point that has yaw characteristics on soft targets. It's a much longer bullet than the SS197 and it does not expand regardless that it's hallow point. And the SS197 doesn't hit 2300fps, that's out of a 16 inch barrel. In the Five seven it hits 1800-1900fps.
skyhop 3 years ago
I have both types of rounds and they're both pathetic compared to a +P JHP .45....imo the 5.7 is nothing but a range toy unless they let us have the AP rounds the weapon was designed for :-/ fuckin' liberals...it's only going to get worse with obama.
dgreen002 3 years ago
So after a lot of careful research I went with an FNP40. Thanks for the well thought out advice. I will probably one day buy the five seven, but for now I really like the 40 I got. I didn't want to go with the 9mm because it seemed just a little small, which I know everyone has their own thoughts, but the 45 was a little big. So I went with the 40. The FNP40 actually has a little less kick than I expected, so I'm happy about that. All in all, a much cheaper setup than the 5.7 for sure.
kylexwhy 3 years ago
Cool deal man, looks like a sexy gun, I've never shot a FNP40 personally, glad you enjoy it. I have a H&K USP Compact in .40 it's niiiice :-D IMO .40 is a nice middle of the road bullet. Hope you enjoy!

What is that with you american (game programming!) guys and guns? No offense or criticizing intended, I'm just not used to it :)
xWintermutex 3 years ago
Well...here in america we have this thing called freedom :-D
Guns are a part of our culture. And no I'm not alone on this, the guys who made Ghost Recon, e'r heard of it? Signed a poster and hung it up at one of the gun ranges I shoot at lol.
It's just a personal hobby of mine....like game programming.
dgreen002 3 years ago
Or...like weight lifting, running, etc...that would probably be a better example. Have you ever shot a .308 SOCOM II rifle with a red dot sight at a 5" target 25m away as fast as you can pull the trigger? It's good fun.
dgreen002 3 years ago
No, the most potentially lethal object I ever touched is propably a kitchen knife (or a car?). But I sure believe that shooting is fun, but it is just odd, the only people here with guns are cops and criminals. And I'm glad with that :)
xWintermutex 3 years ago
You're glad that a criminal can come into your house and do whatever he wants knowing it's 10-15 minutes before a cop will be on the scene to write up a report? Things work differently over here. Enjoy your kitchen knife lol.
dgreen002 3 years ago
you LIKE only the police and criminals having firearms? that's one of the dumbest things i've ever heard.

I'm gonna try and take them all out at once...though I don't know how well that will work rofl.

ever goto outdoor ranges? more fun
wanabepunkrocker 3 years ago
Well this is a brand new firearms training facility with many 50-100yard benches divided into 4 areas...and even an area to practice live fire police scenarios with cars and shit. I was going to get a membership at a gun club to shoot at an outdoor 300 yard range, but this facility is much nicer/cleaner. I suppose it all depends what you want. I sorta like the controlled climate as well, instead of sweating like a monkey 24/7. That's what the gym is for. To each their own I suppose.
dgreen002 3 years ago
Hmmmm for zombies? I'd have to choose my 12 gauge Benelli that chambers 3 1/2" slugs.
xD
I got more guns than shown in this video, i will make a part 2 soon :-)
Plus I wanna get some footage of my Colt .45 and H&K USP...
dgreen002 3 years ago
yes and you also want to a video review of the 5 7 *jk* but is it good?
jonsairsoft 3 years ago
Heh, well "good" depends on many things. For self-defense? No. We're not allowed the armor piercing ammo, just 40gr sporting, and 30something gr hollow points. As far as a range-toy, ah man this thing is so much fun to shoot, watch @ 2:00 there is NO recoil, the gun stays still while rapid firing. Overall I give it a 9/10. It's very well made and is a staple to any serious gun collection IMO. It's mostly plastic and it's very light, 20 round mags, etc. So to answer your question, yes lol
dgreen002 3 years ago
Nice collection. Which is your go to rifle in case of zombies? As far as pistols, th FN looked like the best choice.
