When you are trying to make like not only can you cook but you are a chef and you are trying to serve raw food, burnt food, rotten food, rat infested food to people who are paying you hundreds of dollars for said food then you deserve to be yelled and cursed at.
I thought about this quite a bit, and I think that was the original intention of censorship. It is not so much restriction rather than regulation. It makes words more meaningful. For instance, I have a professor I work for and curse words are obviously taboo in his line of work (academia). When he says anything like "fuck" or "shit," because you only hear that from him about once in two years you know he means business.

also, in relation to jay and holli: if either of them were in any other season, neither of them would have made it to the finals. season 7, as a whole, was weak in terms of talent, IMO.
