He also didn't mention that you have to download a bunch of wads from the net. I got mine at rapidshare.

i seen a vid where u can change the wall textues and it really makes the game pop out and the 3d models blend in much better do u know where to download it/ i tried and i CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE

Do i need a the actual game to do this or do i have to have the game already installed to have all this? Because i dont want to download some game off the internet and i cant find the game for the computer.

@axemen233 You ned to download the doomsday engine than you need these files DOOM.WAD DOOM2.WAD TNT.WAD PLUTONIA.WAD HERETIC.WAD HEXEN.WAD HEXDD.WAD Wad files are not contained withing the doomsday engine because they are copyrighted. After that you have to download and put the addons in the addons folder in C:program files/doomsday/snowberry/addon­s If you have no idea what I'm talking about than give up cause you won't ever understand. It's pretty simple actually.

i got some wad that is supposed to be great

looks great

but the first level sucks

it won't work in the regular doom thing i use but works fine in this doom engine

How do I choose a level past 1 to start at?

i can't figure that out on here

i think u type in map and then themap name like map02 so u would type "map map02" without the " but im not sure

yeah i reply as soon as i can and when i know or have an idea of wht to do ... most of the errors r pretty unknown to me so i have to research and make sure it works and junk but any way no prob

one of them is to change levels

during the game you just type idclev##

like idclev05 for 5 etc.

i have skulltag and i can only put in my modded dooms not my normal dooms in it and when i go to play it it wont work can you help

I keep getting this problem where when I start running the game it loads like 1/3 of the way when I put on the 3d models addons and then I get a message from my computer that says this program is not responding.

mess around with the addons maybe one is canceling each other out..... and if that doesnt work..... download the 3d models again and erase the one u alreday have and try again... let me know if it worked

ok about the open GL it should have automaticly been like that i really cant remember what it did but u can select a game w/out starting it and screw around with settings and make sure u have all the addons necesary. well hope this helped.......check out my other vids and subscribe i constantly put videos so.. ok i really cant remember about d64 i thin i looked for doom 64 conversion at doomwadstation or something... and well i dont kow what u mean about the open gl thing if u could point out the minute u saw it ill gladly help and if u want to see any othe sftware tutorial id be glad to do it..... plz subscribe lol
