When i tried watching the ALLSTARS dance on wowowee, it SUCKED! not because the allstars suck but because of the camera's random annoying canting and zooming in-out... im like "how can you appreciate the dance artform when the camera's view is crazy all-over the place" which gave me a headache..

YES, the camera view should be zoomed a little bit out and keep it STILL.

camera men zooming&canting true! Many TFC viewers & I also complain how intimidating it really is. It's MAYBE bec as much as possible they try to avoid showing mistakes, "palpak" or poor performance for the world to see on tv bec it happens in the studio especially when the celebrities perform a dance. Also, it may be that they try to reduce the criticism of the public on celebrities, therefore they jst turn the viewers attention to how the camera shows the program on tv by canting the camera

I stopped watching Wowowee two or three years ago. It pretty much lost its novelty. I only watch the docudramas and telenovels on The Filipino Channel now. And thank God the current President's sister got off The Buzz! As they say the Philippines, it's a "blessing from the sky". lol

I never knew about the issue until I saw this. I haven'e seen Wowowee for like two or three months and I don't know about this Willie person dude.

However I will agree that as a host you must show respect to anyone no matter who they are.

You sooooo voiced my friend's and my constant complaint about the camera men on TFC!!! She told me to tell them how horrible the camera men are when I happened to go to a live taping of ASAP, but I wasn't brave enough. Haha! I soooo hate it when they don't show the dancing and zoom into the dancers' faces. I hope someone at ABS-CBN seriously sees this. VERY WELL SAID!

Yep and I agree with Willie poking fun at poor--and old--people.. they've made making old and poor people on the show cry into an art. I always sat in astonishment watching my grandparents wrapped around the concept of dimming the lights with Willie's probing interview style .. up to the point where he gets what the people behind the show seem to want: an old person crying!
