I dont know? The internet says: 1-1/2 teaspoons margarine/butter 1/4 cup diced scallions 1-1/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash 1-8 teaspoon salt dash pepper In small nonstick skillet heat margarine/butter until bubbly and hot; add scallions and saute'. Add squash, spreading over surface of pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook, turning with a spatula, until browned on both sides. Is that right? Thanks, Dave

My grandma occasionally fries some Squash/Zucchini.

I came by to say that I made this last night and it was the best. It was so good! I used zatarain's coating instead of flour. It's just as good if not better. thanks for tips.

lOOKS GOOD! I HAVE NEVER FRIED MY SQUASH AND ZUCHINI BEFORE I HAVE ALWAYS ATE IT SATEED W/ ONIONS ,GARLIC AND SOMETIMES BACON.....I WILL BE TRYING THIS...REMINDS ME OF FRIED GREEN TOMATOES.
