  • Please please please tell me how to get to this secret stage. I thought I knew everything in #3 but I've never seen this.

  • @KANDY647 its not a secret stage (title here is a bit deceptive) its an ips patch, the stages however are leftover stages in the rom, this patch writes all the levels to a single map.

You'd need a clean rom of super mario bros 3, this ips file and a tool to patch the file to rom, then you'd need an emulator or flash-able cartridge (or one that supports some type of writable medium like cf or sd) to write this too to play it on an actual nes.

  • this dude is my a legend

  • Êeweeeereee

  • FL KGB Ohio LMAO

  • Does anyone else feel the power of the POWER STAR!!!!!!

  • How do you get a level editor?

  • Game Genie code please!

  • Please thumbs up this: These levels are beta levels that never made it to the final release. They are stored in the games memory but never made accessible as no world map references their level pointers. However someone made a world map (as seen in this video) to access the levels, since without it they were stray, inaccessible levels that otherwise would have been lost forever. This is NOT a ROM hack. These are are "lost" beta levels. I just wish they had put level "7" in the retail. Best one.

  • @itsFODDER but how do we get to them?

  • @hatebreed516 Some cheats could access some of the levels. However as far as currently is known you need to hack the original ROM file in a way (such a custom world) to access to the levels.

  • How dou get into the lost level ??????.

  • this is the lost levels if your asking

  • How do you get into that world ??????..

  • Title should be secret world, not stage.

  • cool romhack faggot

  • You should not fool people. Once I found the Battle game on super mario 3 when my game got glitched up. Is it real?

  • for me, Mario 3 is the best out of all Mario games.

  • how do you get the secret stage?

  • you stupid ROM-hacking noob

  • not a hack, it´s in the game

  • how do you get here?

  • Nice hack..

  • I hate you for your awesomeness!

  • 3:01 stairway to heaven

  • esos niveles son niveles beta que estan en el juego pero no fueron usados, lo que hizo el fue dar acceso a esos lugares con muchas horas de programacion

  • I didn't understand what the secret stage was but I watched it all just to see the skills of this guy...

  • Fireballs don't kill Koopa Troopas!!! (Starts at 5:16)

  • @mapalme2 yes...yes they do.

  • THE GAME'S CALLED SUPER MARIO BROS. 3!!!

  • TAS

  • how do you play these?

  • WTF does Mario come out of at 1:24??? A window?

Eh, makes a bit more sense than a pipe...

  • I just found the ROM patch for this, these levels are a new challenge for me...lol. Some of them are insane

  • why was mario on land and the song was water

  • thats a good youtube movie

  • dsnt this guy have COD?

  • Fake !!

  • @Asbachcola100 Who fuckin cares? It's still good

  • if only this was in allstars =[

  • Some of the levels featured here were designed to test the game's engine and aesthetics, they were never meant to be released to the public. For example, the first one lets you test Kuribo's shoe, an accesory that would allow you to stomp on Spinies safely without losing a life. A few other levels in the collection were meant to test the auto scroll feature. Notice how the entrance pipes disappear in the tenth level, when its stem should have shrunk - that is a scrolling error.

  • Holy Shit, man, What'd u do to get to this stage?

  • Comment removed

  • The waterfall swimming stage could've been an interesting change of pace...

  • @nexusg5 Completely agree mate

  • does anybody knows the original super mario 3 it's not that colorful i play it in a nintendo ( FAMILY COMPUTER ) not in some cheap sites

  • vc esta usando outro jogo

  • @joaquimvictor cual dime

  • mentira!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WHAT?? at 5:50 ... a MUSHROOM card?? This guy is absolutely bottom of the barrel horrible at whatever game this is.

    ;)

  • UNREAL... Mad skills in this game man... Major respect earned

  • Nice skills.

Btw, for those who think it's fake, it's not. I played some of the levels. They're in the ROM but Nintendo didn't use them actually (maybe because some are unfinished). However, you can access the world by a game genie code. The OW is only fake because it has been made to make it able to test them. I know this because I played some of the lost levels (I acidentally got a ROM with them).

  • You need a gamegenie or rom patch

  • fake

  • @Arz2003

Actually, the levels themselves were created, but were left unfinished by the original creators of the game. It's not fake.

  • How did you managed to get this levels bro?

  • I remember in old game magazines that they photo shopped fake world pics like worlds 10-15 getting gamers to believe it. LOL!

  • at 11:25 Mario: u gotta be kidding me!

  • I'm in love with the person playing!

  • 749.957 views no secret anymore ;)

  • @t1Lhay NOT ALL OF THE PEOPLE WATCHED THIS!!!! (mario fans)

  • I do verify... Messing around for endless hours with my old "Game Genie" I did run across a couple of these levels back in the day! Atleast "MOST" of this video is legit! Long Live SMB3!

  • I have a hard time believeing that these are from way back in the day. They are way more complex then any of the levels that where in the game. I have never played a old school mario game where you had to run back to the left; They where always to the right side. I could be wrong but I think they where made after the fact as an add-on or something.

  • Much of these levels looks like beta versions of other levels..

  • DO A BARREL ROLL!

  • how do you get to this hidden level???

  • me imajinoo ke es truco o mas bn tienes ke terminarlo hay noce ajajaj

  • Como haces para que te salga eso

  • 1:24 WTF?! xD

  • Nice hacked level; this isn't a secret stage though - misleading title.

    Flagged.

  • @LeVaughnX

    You're a dumbass.

  • @LeVaughnX you're a fag

  • @keyblademasterx73 I love how the little kids think "Fag" and "Faggot" is an actual insult to people who aren't homosexual!

I also love the original come-backs and remarks you kids come up with! Such a fucking joy!!!

  • Also 4 some reason thay can be found on the SNES and GBA version also. LOL + LMAO

  • there are lost levels! I know cuz i go to the cutting room floor website.

  • how did you get this!?

  • anyone know the name of this hack or where to find it? I've seen lots of SMB3 hacks, but not this one.

  • Well that's so cool but how can i get there? please tell me thank U!

  • y como vrg llego a ese mundo

  • @TheJorgemex pendejo es un hacked version

  • nice music in the end starting from 11:17 after playing all those levels! cha cha cha! ♪

  • whats this map,,huh, never seen it before

  • its just a hack its not the real game

  • This is just a hack rom mate ,there are many of them

  • there is a glitch that happens sometimes when you kill the blooper with the small ones behind it that if you touch the small ones you will get hurt even thoe ther dead

  • wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf? IV NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE

  • I tried to believe this was legit. Then you got 4 invincible stars back to back to back to back. :|

  • @mothernaturecockbloc world 7 level 4 you get 4 stars back to back

  • @fttrx2 *inspects* Holy hell. Never knew that. I always used whistles to bypass World 7. Also, it's 7-3. But still, thanks for pointing that out.

  • @mothernaturecockbloc It's not impossible to get starmen back to back to back like that. It can be done on the console version but this is a rom hack.

  • @Donut117 it is because he slowed down the game play to make all his jumps and actions seem perfectly timed when he sped the video back up.

  • What the hell was wrong with that koopa at 10:16?

  • did anyone else notice how good this guy is at this game?

  • @Donut117 I did.....he´s great.!!!

  • @Donut117 I was this good at this game when i was about 6. I have no idea how I suddenly got worse. I suppose i just let myself get too rusty or something.

  • @Donut117 Yeah, annoying isn't it?

  • @Donut117 somewot

  • 0:44-0:47 Let's drink some beer and then pass out! Word.

  • YEAH SUPER MARIO BROS 3 LOST LEVELS I PLAYED IT

  • To clear some things up: YES, these are REAL Mario 3 beta levels that can still be accessed in the official cartridge. To do so, look up the correct game genie codes and input them. For instance, AOZULT forces entry into the W1 START panel and lets you play the level seen at 4:01 in this video.

  • These levels are beta levels!

    Also the map is fake.

  • The levels are beta levels!

  • @Terr0rFox

Oh alright, i just played this the other day and i have never seen any of that before lol. Thank you.

  • Where are these?

  • @ChelseaReneeful

I think these are just custom levels that he has created because of my experience there is no secret stage or anything like that --- and check his status bar - it says "World 1"

  • fake !!

  • @nantais1er do you think??

  • I think it's legit as hell that the guy decided to make an overworld to access the unfinished levels. good job.

  • Does thosemlevels really exsist in Mario 3? If so how do you unlock them?

  • @krydder No, they don't; those levels don't really exist in Mario 3. The style of layout is completely different from (not as good as) the actual levels, and you can see a lot of places where it looks all screwed up. That world map and the individual levels are hacked in. That means that people analyzed the game ROM to see how it works, and they edited their own levels in to make their own hacked version of the game.

  • @krydder they were unfinished in the actual nes game, nintendo didn't add them because they were unfineshed, but they don't delet there bad levels they find a use, like in super mario bros you know the minus world glitch, like that but no way to get to them tere data is on the cardrige so you would need a game genie like i have wiht spciele codes

  • how do you unlock this world?

  • Since you showed this to the world, it's not a secret anymore. -__- OR IS IT???

  • You can guess its fake just by how horrible those level are

  • 3:05 Qué maligno, lo espera para que lo mate xD!

  • cool TAS bro..

  • Are you guys stupid? It's a hacked in world of coruse but the levels themselves are real, they just don't show up in any worlds.

  • cool smb3 hack -.-

  • its a hacked emulator game. your such a fake.

  • FUCKING FAKE!!!

  • wow its a hackt stage ass hole

  • 8:18-8:21

    holy crap!

  • The levels here were left unfinished and unaccessible in the final game. The overworld hack here just provides a way to access them. The only fake thing here is the overworld.

  • I can see why these levels didn't make it into the final version: either unoriginal or just boring. However, the added goomba shoe/coin heaven levels do make me sad. ;_;

  • mario editor?

  • NES? if not :(

  • lol koopa 10:18 xD

  • do you have a link explaining how you did the hack?

  • falso

  • how it came to this world

  • star hax?

  • What is that thing at 9:52?

  • @Sleepyhead84

    its a invinse-a-star

  • if this is real then how do you find these levels

  • is this stage real or did he use a flash player? if this is real then he couldve told us how to get to it

  • @jad4013 easiest way to find out if its real, hack smb3 and look at all the lvls

  • 10:16 Koopa trapped in blocks: OMFG WHERE THE HELL AM I WHERE AM I GOING AAAAGH!!!

  • I tried playing this patch on my NES flash cart, but the levels didn't move and there were no enemies on most stages. Is there a more reliable ROM somewhere?

  • hack or not, he was pretty good at the game !

  • the level at 06:12 ive found a way too glitch your way there in world 7 on a game site

  • Watching this guy play makes me feel like less of a man for the mere fact that I will never be as good as he is at Super Mario Bros. 3.

  • Why did they get rid of all the sunrise/set levels? Makes it feel like the old west with the tan ground or rich green pastures at dusk with the grass.

  • This world definitely should've been added to the original Super Mario Bros 3. They should've made the whole game more like this.

  • thanks for showing the music at the end

  • Interesting. Some of those levels very well resemble levels that are in the actual game. Maybe that's why Nintendo decided to not have these levels in the game.

  • Great play!!!!

    Origato...

    David

  • Awesome! I have this game on my Virtual Console. I wonder if there's a way to do this w/o hacking.

  • the game boy version might have this

  • Can I get a ROM of this?

  • "super mario bros 3 - the lost levels" -- Now that is something Nintendo should have rewarded us with on this "25th anniversary of the NES" none of this "super mario all stars wii" business.

  • @TheCube360

here's a thought, for the 30th anniversary they could make a version with levels designed by fans, you know run a little contest with it. what do you think?

and they did realize some of the extra levels on the GBA version with e-cards.

  • @TheCube360 the lost level came in super mario bros all stars wii along with super mario bros 1 2 and 3 and was for the 25 anniversary of super mario

  • @TheCube360 they dont make nes games anymore why dont they make them on wii shop like they adedd the other mario nes games??

  • @TheCube360 or a super mario bros 3 remake with updated graphics or something lol. but still in a 2d format. Maybe in the future lol. Correct me if I'm wrong but they didn't even include super mario world in the 25th anniversary did they? I know its SNES game but if you're offering a mario collection why not throw in super mario world?

  • @TheCube360 You know we have a marvelous NES cheating device called a "Game Genie", right?

  • @TheCube360 Oops, meant to reply to homerun1683!

  • omg there were green flying beetles? aww.... and i liked the clear waterfalls in the level just before that. they should have used a lot of the patterns and monsters that were removed. the trio fish were neat.

  • @izlude2 beta elements

  • Where do you get this hack?

  • Wait where can i get a rom that lets me play these levels

  • its a me mario!!!

  • fuck ya

  • nice hack

  • why did i just watch this?

  • How i get this?

  • @13579plang the levels are unfinish in the gardrig of smb3 but they are accsessable through hacks

  • Thumbs up for 69 coins at 7:28

  • Pause it @ 02:19 you see coins in the top of the screen

  • how do I GET THIS STAGE

  • cool enimeis!

  • Interesting. You hacked the world, yet you have found (i think) every one of Nintendo's rejected Mario3 levels. Good job.
