    But why you down from a HS to a sort of straddle sit and then up your legs.

    If you down from a HS, do it well , your body as one block, down until you are parallel to the ground in a straddle or full , otherwise it's totally useless to do it from a HS if you do not do it like this.

    Either do it from a straddle and then put your legs together, or from a tuck and extend your legs..

    But like you are doing it it's totally wrong and you waste energy.

  • I think this will look much better in time, and with that other arm being locked in the future it will look awesome, try from the ground next time please
