My nanny that I hired was really good. It depends what her personality is. Most of the nannies are sloppy but it is very if you do get a non-sloppy hard working nanny like I did.

the REAL nannies are clearly too old and demented to work. Everyday when my adults come home from work the house is one big mess. The worst thing is that it's not the children who mess up, it's the nannies themselves. They put out food from the fridge so it gets old, they pee on the floor and when they watch TV they don't turn it off afterwards........FOR EXAMPLE-.-

All the nromal Sims nannies do is sleep in your bed use your toilet let your abbies starve and smell their own nappy watch your tv eat your food so basically they just waste all your money and when they finally do get to feeding the babies they over feed them and elave everything lying around :/
