This isn't a goal, the rule (a couple of lines before what BunchFoo quoted) states "the ball is in play when it moves forwards" so when the goalie palms it out towards the taker the ball is dead. The ball can touch the goalie/posts as many times but it only counts if it travels in the same direction.

For all you idiots saying it is not a goal here is the passage from the fifa lawbook about penalty shoot-outs which this clearly is since there are no other players around "A kick is successful if, having been touched once by the kicker, it crosses the goal line without going out of play or touching any player other than the defending goalkeeper. The ball may touch the goalkeeper, posts, or crossbar any number of times before going into the net." Learn before you try to correct someone.
