  • name of the track?

  • A Master at Work = Tone baby! Got her in the tie break. maybe next time hun.

  • I'm a Dancer and I've danced with, know, and battled the best out there...I have to say...Toying won that battle...Hands Down, she rocked him to sleep, and it's crazy because the fact is...SHE IS A FEMALE!!! Not taking away from female dancers, but I never seen a female out dance a Man before...I want and wish I could meet her...Tone, your Shit is sharp as hell though, Brother..

  • Toyin is simply bad ass, a beautiful, skilled, and unique dancer! Competitions, how they're run and who wins, never really make sense to me. Politics always seem to get in the way. Either way, both are clearly great dancers. But Toyin is my fave.

  • Loved Toyin way better. She was more entertaining to watch, there's a variety in her movements, simply beautiful. The other guy was ok for me, I got bored though sorry.

  • *sniff*sniff* You smell that? Smells like a fixed battle. Toyin! You're still hot!

  • whats the name of this song?? anyone?

  • two great efforts once again!

  • Comment removed

  • And another thing! I commented on more that just this battle! STUPID! The girl's theme song should be "JUMP AROUND" (I think the rap song was by House of Pain) because that's all the heck she was doing the whole damn time she was dancing. Either she was jumping or pumping the freakin' air. (???????) Out danced - yeah right..................give me a break.

  • Sooooooo stupid. That's what YOU are! That's the only response you could come up with? I don't have to be on anybody's DICK to know the truth when I see it. Toyin out danced Tone. Tone out "housed" Toyin. Come again? What the heck does that mean? Do you even know? That comment right there shows you don't know what the hell you're talking about. And you're right! The proof IS in the pudding......you're an idiot cause you sound retarted. L-O-S-E-R!

  • The proof is in the pudding. Toyin out danced Tone. Tone out "housed" Toyin. Depending on one's definition of 'HOUSE". Dance>House Toyin for the win Lmao And I agree it did not need a tie breaker. When your boy is judging; You should have a red carpet to the prize money LOL.

  • rofl @ the red carpet joke

  • What are you guys talking about? Never mind all of them politically correct responses. A tie breaker round? UNBELIVABLE! This round shouldn't have happened. She cannot honestly believe she beat him?! Stop wit da sugar coatin. That's the problem now. I'm from back in the day and it is clear that everyone Tone battled at BAM is NOT EVEN on his skill level. They should just go back 2 the lab. Why do you guys think she won? Is it that you don't understand what Tone is doing/or what he does?????????

  • Plz Dude miss me with all that i'm from back in the day shit. Have u been riding Tone's dick since back in the day too?? You created your account just to comment on this battle??

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • toyin was much more lively....but tone was much more in control of the music...

    so who wins?

well it doesn't matter what we think...it matters on what the judge(s) think.

one judge could judge foundation, the next could judge originality, and the next yet could judge energy and etc , musiclaity, etc etc.

please respect the dancers AND the judges. the decision has been made, if confused just seek out the judges on what made them decide rather discredit anybody invovled. peace!

  • Who would "disrespect" some1 by sayin ur an amazin dancer?!?!...Y'all r freakin out!!!...Is she a "house dancer" or just a "dancer" in general that can hold her own in any category?!?!...Stop with that "some1 said"!!!...If u gonna talk...TALK STRAIGHT!!! When the footage was 1st posted all y'all was bigging up ur gurl...Daz makes a comments and all of a sudden he aint ask for consent?!...Plz.:s...Y'all are all sad!!! By d way you blocked Tone...who could speak to any of them?!?...Mr.Bodygauard!!

  • Ma'am, you obviously misunderstood my comment; that was straight talk to Dazl, not you and especially not Tony.

Straight talk; there is a better way to express your opinion without insulting people. "afro issh" ; Toyin is Nigerian, so that comment made by Dazl was at least culturally insensitive.

Also, a message with a compliment followed by an insult is still loaded with an insult no matter how you spin it.

No more e-tactics, you can show us you are subject matter experts.

    Not Convinced

  • You don't get it...He wasn't trying to insult her!!!...And he wasn't trying to be politically correct by writing "issh" if he wanted to say "shit"...He would of!!! But it's all good Mister!;) That's d problem with technology...you can never see some1z face or hear a voice to know 1z true intention!...Y can't we just all get along?!?!...Dancing is suppose to make us feel good!!! I'm borded...and done!!!

  • I COMPLETELY agree with Rashaad, although i can't comment on the Africa being the root of house dance (havn't studied it enough). I really liked Toyin in this one! I've studied foundational styles (including house). For me letting the music depict your movement is what matters not the foundational style. If it looks dope (like Toyin's set) then in my eyes you win. Then again, I ain't the judge for this one. Both were very entertaining thx

  • Fundamental movement depends on what school you come from...There are many ways to do a dance. Africa IS the root of house dancing. Great Effort on trying disrespect us....catch your on the floor next time!!!

  • true that Dazl! You can't bust a lockin move in a bboy battle either and think you'll win that shit!!

  • Toyin is an amazing dancer...just not a house dancer this was a house battle...your lack of basic fundamental is what got u to lose you had a master of his craft in front of u...that afro ishh is all sweet but it ain't cuttin it!!! great effort!!!

  • Dazl, someone said to me that you were a man who was well respected in Montreal for your contributions to the BBoy scene and most recently for what you are doing with Jack-o-lution; A man of honor who posts battles of other artists without giving them the courtesy of consenting, only to attack their artistic ability?

Why didn't you say all that when she was Montreal; in the cypher?

Second, It is a sad day when I have to say to a black man, Africa is fundamental- in all respects.

    Junious

  • I think toyin should have won dat

  • Dazl is a dedicated individual and he loves his craft. I'm sure his comment was never met to be disrespectful to Toyin's artistic abilities or ethnic background. Also, he puts a strong emphasis on making sure our dance reflects our personnality and dancing background. That being said, it was a blattle. More precisely a House battle from what I understood. Thus, the dancer should perform House on beat for the battle to be won. My two cents.

    henbz!

  • WORK TOYIN!!!!!!!!
