i see you use a dynamic mic to record the guitar, thats not common ^^

:) The guitar is a Gibson Epiphone PR-350. It was miked using an SM58 dynamic and a Behringer C1 Condenser and stuck through a Spirit 350 Powerstation. The soundcard is an M-Audio 24/96, but the real sound as anyone will tell you is in the performance :)

best of the Pink Moons on youtube. however, if you listen to Nick's version, you can distinctly hear Nick hit the high E (and only high E, not B string) on the quarter beat before the 2nd beat of the measure. then, as you move your first finger from 3rd string 2nd fret to 4th string 2nd fret (it's occuring on the upbeat), hit the B string and let it ring out (mute or don't hit the E string). it sounds so much prettier when you can accent the right strums and pick out that melody.
