@nujaaa well, sorry, but I REALLY hate Waste!!!! I just think they're a really overrated thrash band! But not as overrated as new Metallica and new Slayer. I don't really like many new big thrash bands, except Warbringer and Evile. Old thrash is WAY BETTER!! But out of new thrash I'll only listen to the real underground thrashers other than Warbringer and Evil, like Trench Hell

@SludgePunkGrunge well, the big reason why I think Toxic Holocaust is not a trendy new thrash band is because 1) they don't sound anywhere near a trendy poser thrash band. And 2) Joel, the singer and guitarist, said they weren't trying to be a poser trendy band

Didn't know you can sound like posers. Trendy? They sound like Venom for the most part basically. Municipal Waste on the other hand sounds nothing like the other thrash bands.

@nujaaa : Yeah, I know Hellish Crossfire. There have been many awesome thrash bands coming out of Germany for years. German thrash metal never dies! Other than the big new thrashers, there are WAY BETTER SMALLER ONES! These are the new thrash bands I like: Cruel Force, Merciless Death, Nocturnal, Nocturnal Graves, Trench Hell, Toxic Holocaust, Diabolic Force, Deathhammer, Evil Army, Hellish Crossfire, Warpath, Witchaven, Warbringer (even if they're big) Evile (even if they're big).

@nujaaa actually I am from and live in Colorado in the USA. I'm a loner out here when it comes to metal! The people here in the rocky mountains of Colorado are really stupid! I'm one of the only true metalheads out here, every other guy I talk to either thinks metal is Slipknot or it's the cans we drink soda out of!
