Cindy...isn't having so much texture on your paintings the greatest? We are really fortunate to have so many different materials available to us today to add more dimension to our 2D surfaces!
Well hi there Deb. Not to shabby. I love how you made use of your Spackle. I would imagine with all of your art that you have created over the years that you keep plenty of it around to patch all the nail holes from hanging up your art. lol as you know I prefer a 'rattlecan' over a brush. it keeps me challenged. keep up the good work!
Pretty amazing , your art is beautiful. It reminds me of a storm with the light of hope shining through.. Sometimes all we need is some hope to get through something just to have peace of mind. How much better we will feel when a touch of light and love through the storm give us strength just to endure it when the storm overwhelms us.. Going to have a MRI done on my brain next week.. I hope it all turns out okay. Love U Deb.... Never forget your special .ooxoxox
hey, deb, great vid, really enjoyed watching your creative process...and the music was fun...peace, mike...check out my how to drink wine vid and let me know if you have a laugh,...
Thank you, Ian. I have seen your anime work, and you could TOTALLY learn to paint....without question. As you already know, it just takes practice. I know you are currently really busy with school, but at some point in the future, I expect you will take up a paintbrush and give it a go!
Ray, thank you! I see that you are still cranking out your wonderful videos! Have you given any further consideration to teaching a class in our MMW group??
Awesome, at first I though you were painting a galaxy hole, and then my mind wandered to thinking it was a horse's eye and mane, and then BAM! It all changed. LOVED watching this. Wonderful!
Lori! Interesting that you should think that, because that was precisely the look that I was going for when I first began. Some type of other worldly, outer space type image, and just before I continued in that direction....suddenly I was back on Earth and it was a moonlit night and the clouds......well, you see how quickly I took THAT trip!
Thanks for sharing this with us out in YouTube land, Deb! Those project really speaks to me, living in Miami! I am sort of hanging out on the edge of the mixed media pool right now, trying to decide if I should stick my toe in our just jump in ~ scary!
Kathryn, based upon what I have seen in your scrapbooks and journals....you are already there! Your work is totally stunning! I will be looking forward to seeing more of your work posted in here!
Its great ! I have been trying to do this I paint then repaint its a time lapse until I learn how to paint, I did learn You can't just copy and paste with oil paint, I know I said paint too much. Its like were in the same solor system! I was trying to do a lighthouse in outer space for the lighthouse fanatics, You see it all started with the marriage fixer was really into the painter of light Haha
GOSH!!! THIS IS AMAZING!!! how in the world you do this. This is incredible, really this is so awesome, wow! thanks so so much for sharing with us!!!!
very nice, u paint with passion and the music really puts u into the trance of the art, like watching a movie dunno what to expect. True artist u are.
Big, big smooches and hugs to you, my little sweetie pie! I really dig the time lapse videos a lot. Who wants to hear me drone on and on? snore...........
Natalie, my head is still spinning after having just watched you make those eensy little nylon butterflies. I don't know how yo do that! I don't possess enough patience for that!
Ilaria, thank you! I love your work. It's so lovely. I can't understand what you are saying in your videos, but you have a beautiful voice. It sounds like music. Keep up the good work!!
WoW...Love it!!! Would you mind telling me what brand of white pen you used that would write over paint like that ? Please keep up the inspiring videos :)
The pen is called Gel Excel by Marvany. I found it at Michael's. It's also permanent, which is another plus.
I have also used DecoColor Opaque White pens in extra fine points. They make lovely delicate lines....unfortunately, the clog easily when used on painted surfaces. Whaaaaa!
Indeed it would! I saw this one video here on YT last year with this guy that paints before a live audience and has this huge canvas or board spinning around and around and he whips out a ginormous painting in no time at all! Brilliant.
David, YOU are amazing! I have posted your Channel in the box on my Channel page because you deserve many more friends and subs! I also sent a link to your latest video to some artist pals of mine so they could drool, too. Your work just blows my mind.......
@debcoart oh goodness. All sorts of good things and I have been very busy. Trying to market my goods, trying to get a real job too. Ha! Watched a friend of mine install her bee hives yesterday. It was fascinating. New Channel for The Traveling Painting Project and a book in progress. Life is good!
You would LOVE the Caribbean, BBO! Take missus BBO down there sometime. It's unreal. Especially snorkeling on Bonaire. The fish are stunning and there are flamingos running around. I would move there if I had the dough!
