Oh and OMG SICK JOB with the glasses!

It would be a lot easier, instead of cutting out both pieces, that you lay the other top layer of the rag on the one that's already drawn out, sew it, leave about a inch (for stuffing), cut it out, then already have two pieces sewn together without having to go through the trouble of cutting out two separate body pieces. This is just a little quick and easy tip for making dolls in general (not saying that it matters since this is just a rag doll). Regardless, it's adorable and awesome :D

Brilliant! I can really appreciate the time and effort that went into this...sewing it by hand must've been a trip! And the making of the glasses was incredible! I've made 'poppets' before...we made a lifesize 'floozy' for my brother one Xmas (named Tartina) and he'd drive around with her in the passenger seat of his car! LOL! It finally ended up as a resident in our summer house and we'd keep moving it around into various positions...what fun! Thanks Simon! Great Idea!
