hi dave what glue did you use i heard abs glue melts the plastic as it bonds my suit is on its way i am gona follow your instructions

The glue that I use is called "Plastic Welder" made by a company called Devon. The Glue sets in about 4min and is a light cream colour.

Great video tutorials. I wish I had you as a resources a month ago when I started my FX Armor Kit assembly! Very well done! Especially the camera work conducted by your son.

I can´t wait on my Stormtrooper costume.
And i think i can youse your video to help my self to ansamble it :D
So now i realy want to know more about the helmet,
Becouse the helmet is the complicaded thing to to :S
