When the creamer is in a condensed form, like in a bottle, there's not enough oxygen to keep a fire going.
Basically the cheaper the cofee creamer, the better it is. It is flammable because it only consists of carbonhydrates (it has got noting to do with cream), which is higly flammably when thrown into the air.
