Sith Inquister - Light sided sounds like it could be fun I'd start out playing dark side because most of the characters in the prologue are a bunch of dueches, no mercy for them.
The counterparts from each faction are not as different as the video leads you to believe. In fact they are identical but with different names and graphics for the abilities. So for example a Jedi Knight and a Sith warrior have the exact same mechanics but different graphics and names for the abilities.

@Infantrymyers The only classes that can wield 2 sabers are the Jedi Knight Sentinal and the Sith Warrior Marauder . And the dual is a Jedi Consular Shadow and the Sith Inquisitor Assassin.

I've made one of each republic class and my favorites are my dirty fighting gunslinger smuggler and my shadow tank consular. I really like all the classes and they are all fun, it's just emotional reasons that I personally identify with the consular and smuggler.

No, the graphics are amazing, they look bad in video's. And it's the best game after and it will never become F2P. GW2 is junk and I don't know Common Tera, but it sucks.
@jrion2 Most people are dumb, immature or young, especially gamers, so I expect to hear dumb things, hence why I don't mind people talking about graphics. I'd still play 007 for 64 vs some Fps today because they lack in certain areas which make the game more enjoyable. it's about the entertainment itself, if it sucks, no one will like it. it's just a large pitch to get money, which is why companies make a big deal over it+competition with other games. I simply do not care at all.

@noel40220 You can be either, for sure. If you want to roll Jedi, for DPS you can go Knight or Consular, and all the advanced classes for those have multiple DPS options.

@kawi393 Sith assassin.. Advanced Inquisitor class you choose at level 10. Wields a duel bladed lightsaber (Like darth maul) and uses both the force, stealth and saber attacks. :3 Also the main inquisitor companion Khem Val likes being totally bad compared to some of the other companions the other classes get on the empire side. Sith Assassin is melee, can used ranged attacks, and has stealth so its really good. I persoanlly Run Bounty Hnter mercenary cause there known for high damage
@396Demon It depends on how u play, they say VANGUARDS are all about defence but im the complete opposite, my VANGUARD is all about damage. I burn my enemies down and slow them down as they burn, Sith players are hard on my own, but i am able to bring them down even if they are 8 levels above me. Hunters are also a challenge, but i cant slow them down cause they are a range enemy so i freeze them. My trooper will slow u doen, freeze u, smash u, murder u any IMPERIAL player before he knows it.

maybe im buying swtor today and im going for the empire and choose the sith warrior bcuz if i complete the game sort of with my character i choose a light side so i can som sort redeem myself.
idk i really want to use a lightsaber but i do agree you get stuck as a goodguy which makes for 1 sided play, but the smuggler and trooper i feel sometimes are a little out of the story, the trooper is a soldier and i think that's boring so i guess i'm between a smuggler and a jedi, then again i always make an informed decision so i may just try everything and see what really makes me get into it.
As this is a roleplaying game, i'm going to be the class that best suits me in real life. The sith warrior: Juggernaut. No ploting, no sneaking around, just going berzerk and slaughtering every single dude in the building... like a boss.
Bounty Hunter, mercenary. I also like the idea of being an independent agent, not having superiors or a code that I must follow, and from my point of view, Smugglers and Bounty Hunters are the ones who have that. And out of the two, Bounty Hunter is more badass >:-D Mercenary because of better DPS than powertech, and I can also spec as a healer, which might useful from time to time, when all the DPS Inquisitors refuse to heal :-)
I think I am going to be a Zabrak bounty hunter because my favorite star wars character of all time is Boba Fett and I like making just choices I like, not following some Jedi Code. :p
For my Advanced class, I think I will do powertech because I have always been drawn to the flamethrower aspect of being a bounty hunter and I LOVE Mandalorians, and I think the powertech looks more Mandalorian then the Mercenary.
Well I created an bounty hunter first because I like the idea of smarting off to anyone. There are the tools as well and compared to the commando it less cheesy. Big weapons or rockets and flame throwers? I play the force later but I wanted to see how range combat could be and I must say it is smooth and so well done that wow newest game does not give the same feeling.
I originally thought I was going to go Jedi Knight, but I think I have chosen Jedi Consular with Advanced Class of Jedi Shadow. I watched the progression video and the guy just looks BAD-ASS. You've got the cool Force powers, but you can also tank with the double-bladed lightsaber, and of course, you also get the cool stealth abilities and I think their costume looks pretty cool, too.
You have never seen anything thing like this before? Try Aion where u start as a mage and choose whether to be a spiritmaster or a sorcerer at lvl 10 lmao.

I burn my enemies down and slow them down as they burn, Sith players are hard on my own, but i am able to bring them down even if they are 8 levels above me. Hunters are also a challenge, but i cant slow them down cause they are a range enemy so i freeze them. My trooper will slow u doen, freeze u, smash u, murder u any IMPERIAL player before he knows it.

idk i really want to use a lightsaber but i do agree you get stuck as a goodguy which makes for 1 sided play, but the smuggler and trooper i feel sometimes are a little out of the story, the trooper is a soldier and i think that's boring so i guess i'm between a smuggler and a jedi, then again i always make an informed decision so i may just try everything and see what really makes me get into it.

Bounty Hunter, mercenary. I also like the idea of being an independent agent, not having superiors or a code that I must follow, and from my point of view, Smugglers and Bounty Hunters are the ones who have that. And out of the two, Bounty Hunter is more badass >:-D Mercenary because of better DPS than powertech, and I can also spec as a healer, which might useful from time to time, when all the DPS Inquisitors refuse to heal :-)

I think I am going to be a Zabrak bounty hunter because my favorite star wars character of all time is Boba Fett and I like making just choices I like, not following some Jedi Code. :p
For my Advanced class, I think I will do powertech because I have always been drawn to the flamethrower aspect of being a bounty hunter and I LOVE Mandalorians, and I think the powertech looks more Mandalorian then the Mercenary.

Well I created an bounty hunter first because I like the idea of smarting off to anyone. There are the tools as well and compared to the commando it less cheesy. Big weapons or rockets and flame throwers? I play the force later but I wanted to see how range combat could be and I must say it is smooth and so well done that wow newest game does not give the same feeling.

I originally thought I was going to go Jedi Knight, but I think I have chosen Jedi Consular with Advanced Class of Jedi Shadow. I watched the progression video and the guy just looks BAD-ASS. You've got the cool Force powers, but you can also tank with the double-bladed lightsaber, and of course, you also get the cool stealth abilities and I think their costume looks pretty cool, too.
