the woman have very typical chinese accent, can't tell about the man, it doesn't matter what matters is the food

@TiramisuHappy: it does not matter if the chef is Japanese or not as long as the food has authenticity. Some of best Italian dishes I had was in Tokyo prepared by a non-Italian, i.e. a Japanese who is devoted to Italian culinary.

@ModernVagabond i think it does a matter. In this time there are very few

non-Japanese sushi chef with good and traditional quality. To become that

kind of sushi chef needs many years of training under sushi meisters.

Maybe 10 or 20 years later, you'll be right.
