Guys, they don't know what they are doing anyways. They are mimicking scenes from a movie. That is not real blood, and they are putting two "spells" into one. The conjure of sacrifice, and a remedy spell to purify and heal. They are just being kids. They are making fun of Hoodoo in their own way, making a video of it saying, "anybody can do it".

They saw The Skeleton Key and got excited. That's all.
