A great plugin and love the video help that comes with it.

Just one questions though - is this the process for PC only. When I download to my Mac is appears as a folder and the WordPress admin panel wont allow me to upload it via the plugins page. I did it via my FTP client instead but wondered if others might be caught out by this?
