@MrHav1k It's a Madness Longsword. You get it in the Shivering Isles from Cutter, a merchant where you can forge weaponry from her. It's kind of along story but I suggest you get the Shivering Isles if you haven't done so. And plus he enchanted it so it will dran will power (I think) You can enchat it by closing up an Oblivion gate.

@flipmaster5 Yes, actually i'm the leader :D When you finish the dark brotherhood, you'll get 20-30 in infamy, and then people will not like you as well as before. But if you finish the pilgrimage quest, the infamy will go down to 0, but you can only do it once, so i recommend that you do both Dark Brotherhood and thief guild before starting the quest ;) If your character is a bad guy, then just ignore xD

The difference is that the game of the year addition has 2 expansions to the game which are The Shivering Isles and The Knight of The Nine. It makes The Oblivon game experience even longer and funner to play. The game of the year addition costs more than the original Oblivion but you'll get more content to the game so it's a good buy. =)

I had a stealth character in Oblivion once too..but it got really boring for me. It was basically a slower type of character due to sneaking everywhere and combat consisted of one-shotting distant enemies with a bow 90% of the time.

Now all I want to do is hack people to death with a guy in shiny armor...

The difference between them is that one of them comes with the 2 expansions that you can download FOR FREE. While the regular one requires you to buy the expansions for microsoft points.

writers created it ) you get that sense of "power to ruin" that the level designers worked in tandem with the storywriters to create.

The cities look like they were epicenters of power, but now nothing but a series of blights upon the landscape of the modern day.

Some seriously great storywriting and level design!

This is a hard game to get started in, but once you get some serious power, you become all but unstoppable.

Knowing how to enchant items

to the max, and how to stack your abilities thru spell, charms and magic or enchanted armor, you get a downright vulgar amount of power that makes the game a true blast to play.

It also has 2 great expansions:

Shivering Isles and Knights Of The Nine. The second one is fantastic.

Oh man, the Ayleid ruins are fantastic.

The level design really brings it home-

With the blueish green hues from the waxing and waning crystals, and the architecture and the crypts, you get the effect the designers wanted:

You get the feeling that these were places of great power, now nothing but a tomb for it's jaded rulers.

An evil race whose cities are nothing more than a blot on the landscape, their spectres standing guard now over nothing but bones and dust.
