Sound delivery, good diction. Some lines slightly rushed however; 'sings hymns at heaven's gate' was gabbled. Also, lack of variety in the intonation of the reading. When shakespeare recalls the sweet respite he has from despair in thinking of his lady, the pace, tone and mood should change albeit subtly. That's what i think anyway.
Why would a successful land speculator be writing such self-doubting words? Could it be that those honey drenched words of love and self-loathing came from the pen of a highly educated aristocrat whose station in life prevented him from besmirching his Royal blood with the stain of bohemian actors and dramatists, who were considered little more than vagrants at the time? Edward de Vere wrote those lines which you repeat, "lips unborn".
Nice!
