im only 14 and a freshmen in high school and i want to be a helicopter pilot how much would something like this cost. it would be awesome if someone could respond thanks
hooow fakin kikass wuld be to have your flight school in such a beautiful environment..i wann be a pilot an after i get a stable job in an airplane.. im geting a license in rotorcraft
Everyone's trained in R22's and 44's at Maunaloa Helicopters, but all the students are now flying Turbine helicopters. I was wondering, after watching all 4 parts of the video, if they do transitions from piston to turbine. It wasn't mentioned.
Hi! The turbine transition is done and payed by the helicopter companies in Hawaii (like Safari, Blue Hawaiian etc.) when they employ you. They use their own helicopters AS350 or EC130. So there is no need to spend money for a turbine rating - at least ;-)
Had a free flight test today up north in Canada. I am hooked.

As fun as flying is! watch out for Mazzei Flying Service, located in Fresno, CA.
Because the owner/operator likes to kick/pick on people when they are down.
