@CageFighterfinatic14 well the stranger mission is called "american appetites." so whenever you see that pop up on your map go there. you'll have to talk to a couple people the first couple of times, but after about 3 times you'll get to this guy. when you finally get to see this dude, he can be found outside of armadillo in the hills around 'The Hanging Rock.'
