I'm certainly not a prude but when I see how some of today's vocalists,(certainly the female singers),are all but naked when they perform I have to ask why?! Is it to detract from their less than obvious vocal skills? Or is it just that we've come to accept that near pornographic performances from our current vocalists is part of what they offer?! Abba didn't need any of that & they remained at the top of their game till they called it a day! Easy to see,& hear why!

Benny, Frida, Agnetha and Bjorn... used their individual, musical gifts to excel to the top of their profession and beyond! Even today, in 2011, they outshine any of the 'dime-a-dozen' singers spewed forth from relative obscurity! In my opinion, they need to return there quickly!

I've heard both versions, and although I believe Karen Carpenter to be one of the best female vocalists of all time.... this was not one of her best performances. Agnetha Fältskog has no peer where this song is concerned... The original and the best!!!

@hbotis The vocals are live. You can only hear Frida's voice @1:15 and their voices trail esp.@2:30. I notice that with ABBA, it's hard to distinguish live from synch because when they sing live, esp. with backing track, they sing it exactly or as close to the studio recording as they can. It's amazing to me. I don't know if it's on purpose that they rarely vary their singing style but I think that just proves what excellent voices they have. The control and consistency is simply awesome.
