I have a pin down c system 3.5 and I'm having a little trouble playing in a heavy oil pattern similar to these one. My revs are similar to yours. I have to play 20 feet throwing over 11 with low speed to make the ball move to the pins. I have a 210+ average.
Do you recommend the raw hammer jacked in this conditions or what ball do you recommend? I need a more agresive ball than the c system 3.5
Kegel Beaten Path is definitely not a sport pattern, it's actually really easy... Heavy oil, yes, but not a sport pattern. I'm not saying this is a bad vid, (5/5) but if you play at the right spot you can shoot extreme scores .I shot a 300 at a youth tournament, and another guy who's 16, shot 1558 and a 300 on 6 games.
my bad. i am new to psrt leagues and my newness led me to assume that a non house pattern was sport. this is a challenge series pattern from kegel not sport, you are correct. The main point of the video was to display it in a way other than a house shot for those who dont ball on them oftne like me. but thanks for the heads up and the rating.
not all of them, i am bowling right now on the highway to hell and when we have to switch lanes every game in league, it tough. i wish my house had an experience league but its not offered. so kegel league beat nothing.
Thanks a million for the two videos, very well done and you've helped my decision quite a bit. I'm thinking VERY hard about buying a new ball in the morning, and it looks like it just might end up being the Jacked.
From your two videos it looks as though the Jacked may be a little more versatile than the Acid which I was also considering....and MILES ahead of the Frozen (Columbia, no offense it's a great ball).
I like a late reaction with strong follow through, and this looks it. :)
Thanks, my ball is officially 1w 2d old now lol. I had to get mine polished up as I also use it on low/dry oil patterns as well since my dry ball died. I'm at 4000 w/Polish right now until I pick up a 3rd ball.
The pin is above and slighty right of my ring finger to promote length. I use a bit of revs and have a 14-15mph ball speed so I needed that polish. When this ball hits....dear GOD! Pin action is fantastic, there is never a problem with too late of a roll up with this ball.
I'm thinking of picking up a Vibe for the lighter to medium oil patterns so I can return my Jacked closer to it's box finish. I'll likely end up with 2000 w/ Polish until I can consistently get more ball speed enough to match my revs to keep it from rolling up too early.
This ball absolutely NEEDS oil if you put a fair-heavy amount of revs on the ball. As long as you have a bit of oil this ball is out of this world good. If not then relax the hand and/or put some heat on that ball ~16-18mph.
I forgot to say the CG is dead center of my palm, and there is no balance hole right now which makes a huge difference. I've thought about adding a small balance hole to make the ball a little less oil dependant without losing it's absolutely vicious bite.
That should allow me to run that 2000 finish with polish no problem on even a lighter medium oil with good speed. Medium heavy would still be fantastic of course.
sounds awesome. i am glad you like the ball. more near its box finish is best. at 2000 sand or with polish. the black onyx vibe is a sweet ball. for those drier conditions. highly reccomend that ball especially the price. i would like to see how the ball does at 2000 polish. show a video if you can. thanks again.
thanks for posting Michael. I live in Michigan and the shot for the State Tournament is supposed to be the Beaten Path, and I have been thinking about the Raw Hammer Jacked for a heavy oil ball - so I was very pleased to see your video come up on my search. Nice shots out there - keep it up!
lmao this aint even a lot of oil n u actin like it 55 ft of flat oil or somethin

41 feet isnt heavy oil...thats medium....bahaha

@wesconatser its not the length that determines heavy or not its the units of oil and the ratio. check it out. thanks for watching though.
