  • @drsimoni, I love your work, and you have become my top option for a rhinoplasty. Anyway, I was wondering if I could get an estimate to having a rhinoplasty along with a chin implant?

  • @Kiickzfeen Primary rhinoplasty costs around 8K to 9K. Chin Implant is around 5k to 6K.

  • people keep getting surgery and removing the bump...they give the genetic bump a bad name just like hollywood did with actors and celebrities. way to go and spit in your moms face by getting that surgery. now your kids are probably gonna get it too, remember its genetics.

  • How do ppl ever pay 4 this, do u have 2 b rich?

  • @drsimoni how much would it cost to only have the tip of the nose done? I know its called tip rhinoplasty but if it were only the tip and no bone work invovled how much on average do you think that would cost? thanks.

  • @ritg11 Tip rhinoplasty costs about 8k to 9k.

  • Im gettign a nose job, people are telling me not to but my nose has made me so insecure, im going to do it, a little scared, but its done so oftenly i think i'll be ok.

  • Dr simoni , i need your opinion on the " nose huggie/right" do they really work? & sorry for my silly question

  • @drsimoni thanks

  • @drsimoni hi ive been watching alot of your videos and your work looks really great , ive been thinking about getting rhinoplasty for like 2 years now , i went to go see dr.nassif in beverly hills a little while back but i didnt feel like i wanted him to be my surgeon , im hispanic and have wide nostrils and i dont like the tip of my nose , i just want to know the cost for that procedure ??

  • @727helena Thanks for your kind words. Primary rhinoplasty is about $8500. We now offer 3D computer imaging to our patients.

  • Really excellent job! I like his work- this coming from a very well known aesthetic consultant in NYC- I work closely with Dr. Sam Rizk for rhinoplasty referrals on Park Ave and am extremely picky when choosing aesthetic surgeons for my network- I would love to have Dr. Simoni on board for my LA network of Top Docs. I have screened many and he seems to be the best of the bunch folks! Dr. Simoni- if you would like to know more- please email me at integratedaestheticsllc at yahoo-

  • Hi Dr. Simoni! I just wanted to know if you offer a 3d computer computer imaging before and after photos?

  • @jmoonsuede Yes we do offer 3D computer imaging.

  • @drsimoni Thanks! By the way can you please post some more vids on rhinoplasty? Please? :)

  • Dr. Simoni, I am considering a Turbinectomy yet I am very concerned about Empty Nose Syndrome. In your opinion are do most surgeons today perform turbinectomy's conservatively? How big of a risk is ENS? Thank you.

  • @4everjollyrancher We do not recommend turbinectomy unless in very rare cases.

  • HOW MUCH does a nose job cost ????

  • "shes not bruised at all"

    how is that possible?

  • @policediscolightss Dr Simoni does not break the nose in his rhinoplasty procedures.

  • @policediscolightss she is bruised under the eyes...

  • Do you always do your noses without osteotomies? What if there was an open roof deformity, how would you accomplish closing that with your method?

  • @isisbenny404 We do move the nasal bones to the correct postion with using antequated nasal bone fracturing

  • Is this video a fake?? I mean my sister had a nosejob done and she was still in bed after 4 days, and had the cast removed way later! Also I was told the nose is numb and sore for about 3 months - this seems too good to be true

  • can u please tell me the risks of open vs closed nose jobs and which are safer and which give better results and are there any limitations between the two? thanks

  • Dr. Simoni, if I were to get a rhinoplasty would that stop my nose from drooping when I smile? When I smile my nose pulls down, but I hope if I get rhinoplasty it will stay in place, is that possible? Thank you!

  • @WannaMaNa yes that can be done.

  • How Old Do You need to be to have rhinoplasty and how much does it cost

  • @swarovoskigold for women 15-16 and for men 16-17. Average cost of primary rhinoplasty is 7k-8k

  • No the incision is undetectable, if any. You need minimum of 5 days off work.

  • Hey doc.... i wanna know that does it leaves any scars ? if yes then for how long ?? coz im an airhostis i have to do that n cant take a long leave for that.

  • does the nasal packing removal hurt?

  • Gettin it done it 2 months cant wait

  • My nose makes me so unhappy and I've been teased about it for years. Do you know how much on average a nose reducing surgery costs?

  • how much was the procedure?

  • does it hurt?????

  • Most patients donot have any pain after the procedure.

  • when the patients will feel pain?

  • Almost never.

  • Doctor ,how much does a Natural Rhinoplasty go for????Please help me ,I hate my nose, and the way it makes me look...

  • @azibo931031 no it doesnt hurt.... PAINKILLERS for 2 days after the surgery ! :(

  • Is there any way other way? fat reducing at nose part ?

  • I'm 16, when do you advise I should get it done? its all I think about! I tried a nose huggie but it didn't work, I just want it gone!

  • Usually we recommend 15 year old for women and 16 year old for men for rhinoplasty

  • im going to get mine on the 21!

    anxious & nervous!

  • get a nosejob when your 18, not when your younger! my cousin got a nosejob when she was 13: she had her nosetip done, her nostrills and the bump removed. at age 21 her nose had grown in length! its twice as big as it was when she was 13. now she wants to get her nose done again! so just wait, be patient!

  • watched for 6 minutes and 42 seconds to no COMPARE before n after at the end? ..is this a joke or how society as evoluted?..

  • please visit our website for this patient's before and after pics.

  • im going to save up for this. i hate my nose and dr simoni is the first doctor ive looked into that i feel comfortable with

  • Beside the consultation of few doctors, ask them about their technicks and compare it (it is very important!!!) I passed rhinoplasty one year ago and today I`m working at the operating room with different surgions and I can see different aproaches, and it`s great.

  • All I can say is if you feel insecure about your nose, just get a consultation from a few doctors.

  • i don't like my nose, it's round and it sticks up a little and when i look sideways it sticks out far :\

  • Im 15(male), My nose is a pretty normal nose, however the bottom of it drops down a bit and its hard sometimes for me to breathe out of my nose. Is a rhinoplasty something that would fix this?

  • yes

  • Yes, i think you should go for it =)

  • im 14 turning 15 in a month and honestly im really really insecure about my nose. its rly bent cuz it runs in the family & im very sensitive about it. my family even told me my nose was big & that i need to accept it. its really upsetting me & i have begged for surgery. do you think i shud have it done and if it is worth it?

  • Hi cocacola 184 , i also have the same problem , what suggest ( im 15 also) is that you wait until you are older and all of your face has matured and then decide if u need a rhinoplasty , however if you have trouble breathing you aslo can have a septoplasty/rhinoplasty where they fix your problem wich is a deviated septum and also correct the shape , bridge and cartilages to correct the nose to your desired result , but still dont try to think fast your face will still mature. hope i helped CB

  • What if I got it done when I was 12. I had a big problem with my nose medically like I had a cyst on the bridge of my nose which then attached to it were two channel like thing one running to the end of my nose so i had a little hole at the end then one ran up and attached itself to the membrain around my brain (duh). Well now thats all done but my nose is really different does that mean when I get even older it's going to look really weird?

  • i mean c'mon 12 is very young , and im sure your nose is fine , i mean unless it is a septoplasty for health , you must be 16 to correct aesthetic problems so youll have to decide

  • I know I didn't want to do it but I kind of had to. I think all that bothers me about my nose is now the tip (where the hole was) has a scar that slants so it looks very weird.

  • yeah i think that is what im going to do because youre right my face is still maturing so i might as well wait until the times right. thanks for the help:)

  • @cocacola184 100% yes, if you don't like your nose, you won't regret it..

  • What a great job done! I have been contemplating Rhinoplasty but after seeing this video it doesn't seem as bad as I thought. I am definitely convinced it's a worthwhile procedure. Thank you for this video!

  • I am 13 and i am considering getting a nose job but i am worried about how much it will hurt.

    How much does it hurt?!

  • 13 is a little too young for rhinoplaty. I would recommend waiting a couple of years.

  • lol if you get it at a young age after a few months/years it'll grow back to the way it was before or even worse

  • Hello, I was just like to know what the minimum age you would recommend for someone to have rhinoplasty. It wouldn't be for vanity as it affects my self-esteem which causes me to be depressed so I am very mature about this idea. Thanks

  • Minimum age for rhinoplasty is 14-15 for women and 15-16 for men.

  • Hey what would be your advice for someone with a pudge nose and wants to have it slimmed.

  • that could be addressed with rhinoplasty

  • Hi again Dr. Simoni. Thank you for your response to my question. I have another question now. How can anyone know if they're sensitive to anesthetics? Is there any laboratory test that can be done?? This is a serious issue and not so many people know the answer of. I'd appreciate it if I get a reply from you on this question as well. Many thanks!

  • there is no test to evaluate sensitivity to anesthesia. Medical history some times helps.

  • Thank you for your reply, Dr. Simoni.

    Greetings to you.

  • Hi Doctor. Awesome video. I have a question, can the surgery be done with local anesthesia? or it should be one with general anesthesia only?

  • Rhinoplasty is generally done under general anesthesia because it is safer since there is airway involved.

  • Thank you so much, Doctor, for your reply and explanation. Now I understand why it should be done with general anesthesia. Thanks!

  • Hi there Dr. Simoni!

I'm asian, and have been watching your vids and loved all the results. I have been thinking of having mine done, but I'm really scared. When you shave the nose, how do you know if you shaved it evenly on both sides? One more important question is will it have the same effect of the looks on your newborns if you become a mom?

  • Comment removed

  • how much does it cost to do a nose job

  • Can be upwards of 10k depending on your location and what is involved.

  • Dr.Simoni I have a question ,few years ago i broke my nose now its deviated to the left I was wondering can you fix it without changing the shape of my nose because it already looks good.

  • yes it can be done

  • Is it necessary to apply only local anesthesia or that one that is given as general anesthesia?

  • this procedure was done under general anesthesia

  • Dr. Simoni,

I am looking to get my brigde slightly thinned, the removal of a small dorsal hump and the reduction of a bulbous tip and smaller nostrils. I know its different case to case but would that typically call for more than the average $7,500? or is that alot more work than the average nose job

  • That sounds like an average rhinoplasty

  • Hi dr.simoni, I want a nose surgery to, but I dont have a bump, I just want to remove some of the fat on the under side of my nose, do you have to break a nose to accomplish that?

  • No we do not have to break the nose.

  • How long after the surgery do you take off the cast?

  • usually, 5-7 days.

  • I am asian but I was born with more a of a caucasian nose. I have a bump on it. I was just wondering how much shaving the bump off would cost?

Also what would be an appropriate age to get it?

  • Rhinoplasty on average costs around 7K. For women 14-15 years is cut off age for rhinoplasty and for men is 15-16.

  • ps. do you do scarless rhinopasty?

  • Yes. This patient underwent scarless rhinoplasty (no incision on outside).

  • can scarless rhinoplasty be done to everyone??? how about the people with bruses after the surgery, what is the difference? i would appreciate it if you can answer me :)

  • it's nice to see a surgeon who works delicately with the nose

  • dr. simoni i just wanted to kno a friend of mine got her nose done out of the country after breaking it, it looks good but she wants to fix it up a little, how long does she have to wait for another procedure?

  • the recommendation is usually one year

  • do you do rhinoplasty for asians?

you know, the nose feature of an asian i compared to your caucasian patients.

what can u do for a flat-bridged asian nose?

same price as for a primary rhinoplasty?

  • Yes we do perform Asian rhinoplasty. we try to use the person's own cartilage. In rare cases, we could use implants. The price of asian rhinoplasty is almost the same as average rhinoplasty.

  • oh okay. so can u make a nose based on a celebrity's nose?

and uhmm. do u do lip reduction? how much would it be?

  • There are different techniques for lip reduction. the cost is based on what you need.

  • so what are the different techniques for lip reduction?

  • hi i am asian guy 18 years old handsome and i am not satisfied in my nose..how much this? hope anyone there will help me ...im looking for sponsor..thank you

  • Primary rhinoplasty costs around $7500

  • Dr .Simoni i have a quistion..when i was 6years old i did fall down the stairs and my nose was broken...now it's deviated to the left..my qusition is can rhinoplasty fix my problem...and is it possible to be done without getting my nose broken again...and how much will it cost?

  • Yes, Your nose can be straighen without the need to break your nose. The fee for primary rhinoplasty is arround $7500

  • Doctor, what is the procedure where the size of the nose is reduced? and how much will it cost to get it done.

  • The size of the nose can be reduced with rhinoplasty. Primary rhinoplasty is arround $7500

  • it depends where u live my friend lives in beverly hills we all kno thts the city of plastic surgery and she got hers done for $ 4,000, and i got mines done in michigan for 3,500, it jus depends and we both got the hottest results

  • She was under what kind of anesthesia ?

My nose is pretty much like hers, but I would like something smaller and bandier in the middle. Would it be possible to make it without breaking the nose?

Why some people choose breaking the nose instead of shaving it if the results can be the same (I think) ?

I also would work on septum deviation.

I would like to know if it is possible to do it without having general anesthesia because I am afraid of it.

  • There is nothing to be afraid of anesthesia. In fact doing rhinoplasty without anesthesia is more scarry. DRrSimoni does not break the nose during rhinoplasty.

  • i want a noselift. is the operation abit like that?

  • I have the same problem ..I want to do that ..how much is that operation ?

  • Primary rhinoplasty would be about 7K-8k

  • Dr. Simoni. I had a question in regard to your non surgical rhinoplasties. If a patient were to have a non surgical nose job and was very pleased with it, could they at some later time have a surgical revision done by you to make those results permanant instead of having to have to go through the procedure every year?

  • Absolutely. That is what usually happens.

  • thanks.. you look fantastic x

  • i heard it doesnt really hurt

  • Since Dr Simoni does not break the nose, it is not a painful procedure.

  • it looks good, i want mine done so bad but im scared to death

  • i GOT FOR $500 DOLLARS, AND IM VERY HAPPY WITH DA RESULTS¡¡

  • where did u get ur nose job???

  • iN MEXICO CITY, WHERE R U FROM???

  • Los angeles

  • My parents would hat eme!!!

nahh... ub tthey think its dumb but imna make a breathing proble excuse

  • lol the way the doc said so cute lmao

  • oh my god is she awake!!! ohhh goshhhhhh......oMG

  • No She is not awake. Rhinoplasty is done under anesthesia.

  • haha he's persian

  • Adriana's cost $7,500. and luckily Dr. Simoni offered 0-zero interest for 12 mo's with CareCredit - so it's only $650.00 a month for 1 year. Another thing is Dr. Simoni was the only doctor (we went to 3 different doctor consultations) who would NOT break the nose - that was wonderful! Cathy (Adri's mom)

  • This video is of my nose job! It has been a little over 7 months since I had it done, and I am SO happy with it. Four days after the surgery my cheeks and forehead and upper lip were really swollen. The swelling went down gradually over the next couple of months, but even a couple weeks after the surgery a lot of people didn't even notice that I'd had something done until I pointed it out to them.

I am really glad I had this done; it came out perfectly!

  • Hey, the results look great!

this may be a silly question but I was wondering after surgery was it difficult to breath from your nose? did if feel congested like you had a cold??

    Thanks

  • around how much does he charges for a nose job??

  • well it depends where u wanna get ur nose done at , but around 4 to 5 thousand dollars

  • ok....say you want one done in beverly hills

  • a four thousand dollar nose job is not what you want.. unless you want a shitty job. my sister is getting hers done, and the starting price is 7k
